  Cantrell Roofing is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They did not disclose the amount due upon completion AND they started work before my insurance authorized them to start. This left us without knowing the final amount due until after my roof was taken off. While I was trying to work with them to resolve matters, they canceled the financing options through them, leaving me forced to find an alternative. In addition, they would agree to something and then do something completely different. Even tried to reach out to the owner/leadership, and they would not respond. Stay away from Cantrell Roofing!

  Worst company ever!! They gave me a miss matched roof. They didn’t tell me to leave the home or cover anything and my entire family got very I’ll from toxic exposure from the dust and chemicals from the roof as well as carbon monoxide poising from their generator. Now we are finding a cracked plumbing drain vent pipe that has now caused water damage and ruined our wood flooring. All this is happening from getting a new roof and no one told us and they do not want to take responsibility at all!

  Talk with Bryan on the phone I believe. He was very rude! Hang up on me. I was just trying to get some infos. That’s bad for business when you have someone with attitude issues.

  It’s hard to find a reliable roofer. One with good communication skills, great products and reasonable prices. I hit the jackpot with Cantrell roofing. I have had some bad experiences before, but this one was excellent from front desk to installation to completion. Thank you Jeremy and crew for a stress free experience.

  They can out quick to assess the damage and showed me what all was wrong and explained everything well. They came out to replace the roof and were done in a timely manor. Everyone was helpful and nice

  The speed of service was top notch. Roof was stripped and Installed in the same day and still had some daylight to share at the end.
