  Although we haven’t had our roof replaced yet, I wanted to share our experience with the inspection process because it was outstanding. Over the past several months, we’ve had quite a few contractors and repair companies at our home for various issues, so we’ve gotten a good sense of what a typical inspection feels like. We were impressed by our experience with Bumble. We never felt rushed or pressured during our appointment. We received timely reminders and had a detailed proposal and inspection photos in our inbox shortly after the visit. Adam arrived on time. He was professional and respectful of our home by covering his shoes before coming inside, and even had a toy for our dog. The inspection itself was incredibly thorough. Adam used a drone to capture clear, detailed photos of the roof, then he got on the roof and in the attic to investigate areas that warranted a closer look. Based on our experience so far, I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

  What I like most about these guys is that they come out to inspect your roof personally before providing a quote. The other roofing companies I received estimates from either relied purely on satellite imagery or didn't perform a thorough inspection when they came out. Bumble Roofing of Birmingham provided a detailed multi-point inspection report supported with images of the issues. They even came inside and walked the attic to identify any signs of leaks penetrating the interior. They also included the soffits and gutters in their inspection. If you want a clear & complete assessment of your roof in order to make an informed decision, these are your guys.
