  Horrible customer service and workers are lazy and do cheap quality work order windows got wrong color and then they forget to order my door that was clearly instructed but they didn't care would not recommend Eric i told to change or remove piece roofing shingles over a bow window and sayed couldn't be done doesn't listen to customer made lots mess in my grass in my driveway and in home with broken glass capping and dust didnt clean up correctly

  We had the siding completed by Brothers a couple of years ago. The siding looked great and we were happy. However, after the next big rain, we noticed leaks in the roof that were not there before. We called out Brothers, who explained the issue was the roof, even though we explained it didn't happen prior to the new siding. I'm not a roofing specialist so took their word for it. We had a new roof installed, but the roof continued to leak. Finally, after multiple leaks and assumption it was the roof, we have discovered the flashing was not properly installed when the siding was completed and charged to have it repaired by a different company. If Brothers had looked properly after we complained about the leaks and listened to what we explained instead of blaming the roof, we wouldn't have had this problem or additional costs. Really dissapointed.

  Very bad it wasn't a manager around to see over the work did a very bad cleanup and they left a big mess in my garage I would not use them for anything else and I need a lot more stuff done I'll get somebody else

  I had the shingles replaced and gutters redone at my house by Brothers Aluminum earlier this year in January. Last month, there was a leak in the roof and we asked Brothers Aluminum to repair it. After the first repair, it was still leaking and we had to catch the water in buckets in the attic until they can send someone to service it. They had to come a total of three times to repair it because each time the repair did not work and now we have yet to see if it's going to leak again. They had to reschedule twice and were late all three times. It's been an absolute nightmare working with this company. The leak should never had happen in the first place since we paid so much money to have our roof done.

I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with the financing option; however, we went over all of the financing options available to you in great detail and this was the financing option you selected. As customer satisfaction is our highest priority we continue to contact the finance company on your behalf but the terms of the financing are theirs and not ours.   Nick Boultadakis the owner of Brothers came to give me and my 83 year old mother and estimate for our roof. He was here in October too but because of the hurricane we waited so long we asked that he would come back since I had nothing in writing. After siting at the table and discussing the details, He suddenly got up said I don't think I'm the roofer for you grabbed all the papers and WALKED OUT ON US for NO reason. HE IS EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! WE DID NOTHING WRONG!!!!! I suspect he is making so much money fro the hurricane he decided to walk out..I never heard of such BIZZARE behavior!!!! Please trust me that we said or did nothing out of the ordinary in our questioning. The usual details about warrantees etc.

  Teddy and his team exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their workmanship was outstanding, and their attention to detail throughout the project was truly impressive. It’s very hard today to find a contractor who is honest, reliable, and takes genuine pride in their work. Teddy managed the entire project professionally and made sure every issue was handled promptly and smoothly. We were extremely impressed with how organized, efficient, and well-executed everything was. Teddys team was very respectful and courteous throughout the whole project. On top of all that, the patio came out Fabulous! Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Brothers Aluminum Home Improvement Corp. to my family and friends.

  Brothers did a fantastic and outstanding job on my house - windows, siding, and gutters. They were on time, in budget, and the work quality was exceptional. Chris helped me from day one and was outstanding to work with. Round the clock communication and high levels of customer service and responsiveness. These guys have their act together!   I cannot say enough good things about Brothers Aluminum. From start to finish the process was smooth and professional. I worked with Mauricio, who helped me explore options, explained costs, and worked with my budget—meeting me in person and speaking over the phone as needed. The crew arrived promptly and completed the installation of 19 windows in a single day. Tom led the installation team and made sure no mess was left behind; everything was left clean and tidy (which I worried about). Tom patiently showed me how to open, close, and care for the windows several times. After the job was finished, Mauricio called to confirm I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for future jobs.

  As first-time homeowners, taking on a siding project felt overwhelming, but Ted and his team made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We could not be happier with the outcome! We first met Ted at the home show at Nassau Coliseum, and from our very first conversation, we could tell he was knowledgeable, honest, and passionate about his work. Ted was wonderful to work with. He was always available, checked in regularly throughout the project, and made sure everything was done exactly the way we wanted. The crew was equally amazing. They were professional, hardworking, and incredibly friendly. As parents of young children, we especially appreciated how kind and patient they were with our kids whenever they were around. It truly felt like they cared about our family and our home. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Ted and his team to anyone looking for siding work.
