  The experience started off well and I was looking forward to being able to give a 5 star review, but this company failed to deliver what was agreed on in the contract. To “remove and replace” is different than sistering boards together. I have expressed my concerns to S. Leverette several times via email and called the office to follow-up. In the last email response there was an apology for not scheduling the meeting to address my concerns, and after I reached out again, a contractor called on 8/8/2025–determined I was correct that “removing and replacing” is different than sistering. The contractor said he would let the office staff know. I’ve emailed Sam twice since then (to follow-up) and received no response. I also called the office and was told Sam was “looking at my file.” No further contact has been made with me concerning the issue. For the lack of response to address this issue, I would not recommend this company.

  Roof repair after hurricane only lasted 4 months before leaking again. Furthermore there’s a missing shingle that still has there tarp material on it. It never received a new shingle and they wouldn’t send anyone out to address. To top it all off they scratched up all of my gutters and would not address the repainting of them. Just over all terrible. Skip this company and take your chances else where.

  Had them come to fix and recover the roof of our sunroom and it still leaks. They came back out to reinspect and got the run around. They still haven't come back to fix the leak and ain't heard crap back from them.

  The female rep from this company came out to my house and she did not take measurements of my roof. She went outside and did not return. I had no idea that she had left ; I had to call to see what had happened. Soooo I will NOT be using this company to replace my roof. In the south manners matter. Everyone deserves a hello and a goodbye.

  Let me start off by saying that my experience with this company has been nothing short of a major disappointment. From one business owner to the next I wasn’t impressed with the quality of work that I received. If you’re looking to be sold with a great sales pitch, and poor craftsmanship and even poorer results then give these guys a call!!! Full review on Facebook since entire truth can’t be posted here.

  Brighter Side was referred to me by my realtor to conduct a roof inspection on a possible home purchase. My first contact was with Antonio and the customer service was awesome. He was very accommodating to my schedule. On the day of inspection Antonio was early and communicated with me. The inspection was thorough and clear regarding the condition and needs of the roof. Brighter Side provided me as a new customer with great customer service and the knowledge needed to help me decide on the purchase of a home. Thank you Brighter Side Roofing.   In the last few years, Brighter Side Roofing has installed a new roof on my freestanding garage and my house, replaced soffit and fascia on the house and installed gutters. All this was done at a very affordable price. Excellent work by excellent and professional people. I highly recommend Brighter Side Roofing.

  This is the second roof that I’ve had installed with Brighter Side roofing. (Two houses). I could not be more pleased with the service of the entire crew They were punctual, worked fast and accurately…. And, the property is probably in better shape after they left them when They got here. 14/10
