When you first contacted us in April, we were in the middle of a very high demand period following significant hail activity. At that time, we were approximately three months out on scheduled work. We strive to be transparent about our availability so customers can make informed decisions, and in your case we offered to place you on our waiting list and reach out if an earlier opening became available. Our priority is always to serve customers who have already hired us, as well as past customers experiencing active leaks or urgent issues. As schedules shift due to weather or rescheduling, we do our best to move up projects where we can, but we are not always able to guarantee inspection or repair timelines during peak demand. We understand this may not have aligned with your expectations, and we respect your decision to pursue other options. Our intent is never to make the process difficult, but rather to be upfront and operate responsibly with the resources we have so we can deliver the level of quality and service our customers expect. We appreciate the referral from Acord Roofing and wish you the best with your project.

  This used to be a good company, we had roofs put on several of our family's homes. They have now sold to another couple where the wife is not very kind and screamed at me for asking some questions. I would not recommend them again.

  Update part 2: The owners don't have time to make phone calls to their customers, however, they have time to send me an email complaining about my reviews. I'm trying to ruin their reputation by telling the truth.... Update: So the company is justifying giving estimates that they know are not going to be good when you have the work done... because they are small.... right. And can't make phone calls to tell you any relevant information because they are too small....right. Isn't that the point of going with a small company? Personal customer service and better communication? All the other home owners understood....I bet they got pushed 2 months, with no communication the day before you said stuff was going to be delivered, had to call you at 3pm aka you had no intentions of calling that day either, had their estimate increased with no notice, and got fed another "tentative date" into November when weather could cancel the roof altogether....right. You are running a business and are too busy to call customers the DAY BEFORE you said supplies would be delivered? Seems like a lame excuse for bad customer service. I was lucky enough to find a contractor to actually replace my roof before winter. He worked with himself and his son....super small company eh? Guess what they did EVERYTHING they said they were going to do WHEN they said they were going to do it. They even managed to figure out how to use the phone. AMAZING! Original: Received an estimate and agreed to have Brewster replace my roof. Well you'll have to wait 2 months....OK. Didn't hear anything from the company, I had to call them 2 days before the scheduled replacement date. Bad news... can't get to it now until November AND the estimate is now $700 more. Supplies went up. Funny thing is they quoted $50 per sheet of plywood replacement on the first estimate. On the second estimate after the giant increase in supply costs, still $50. So they make you wait 2 months then try to stiff you

  Brewster Roofing replaced my entire roof less than 8 years ago. Since then I have had three separate severe leaks in different parts of my house. Another one popped up yesterday. They have refused to accept responsibility for a job poorly done and would not come back and fix the leaks. The company that did repair my roof told me that whoever installed this new roof (Brewster Roofing) took many shortcuts and did not even do one portion of my house. They were sloppy and incompetent. I found nails in my yard for a week. I would not recommend them to anyone.

  I had them put a roof on my house 15 years ago. I noticed recently that a few of the shingles on the ridge line had popped up. I called them and, within two days, they were at my house and fixed the problem with no charge. That's excellent service after the sale. Thanks!

  This is the first time I have personally had to handle my roof replacement project. The owners and employees are the best! Customer service is top notch. Glen and Laura were so easy to talk to and answered my questions with such patience! I highly recommend!

  We recently had our roof replaced as part of routine maintenance, and the entire process went very smoothly from start to finish. Glen, the estimator, was extremely helpful and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. Candy was prompt and responsive with all correspondence, which made communication and scheduling so easy and efficient. Laura was such a pleasure to work with—very accommodating and attentive throughout the entire process. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job with great attention to detail. The cleanup was thorough, and the finished roof looks excellent. They were very respectful of our property. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Brewster Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.

  This is the second roof Brewster Roofing has installed on my house and I can't express how happy we are with the quality of their work, the quality of their people and how easy they made the whole process of replacing my roof after the recent hail storms. Glenn went out of his way to meet with the insurance adjustor during the inspection and then spent the time explaining what the adjustors report meant once I received it. The crew was very respectful of my property and spent the time to make sure everything was cleaned up when they were done. My thanks to Glenn, Laura and Candy, as well as Antonio and his crew for a job very well done!

  Brewster Roofing was great to work with. It took a little time for them to get to me, but during that time, they worked with me to ensure that I selected and was satisfied with the roofing shingle brand and color. In addition, our home owners insurance carrier (AAA is awesome) covered gutter replacement. I really appreciated that Laura had their gutter supplier cut three samples and dropped them off at my house for me to decide on gutter color - those tiny 2-inch metal color samples are too small to be comfortable about the color match. As an engineer, I work with contractors all the time, so I value and the appreciate good ones. I'm very happy that I decided to use Brewster.

  Brewster Roofing replaced our roof 5 years ago and did a GREAT job then. They have held true to their word on fixing repairs and have quickly replaced any missing or damaged shingles related to weather issues at no cost. Glenn and Jessica are easy to reach and respond by phone or email to get questions answered and problems solved. We have been very happy with Brewster Roofing and refer them often!!

  Glenn, Jessica, and crew replaced our roof, gutters, and downspouts due to a tree falling on our house during a storm. They did an excellent job! Brewster Roofing took great care of us during a stressful time. We have also used them when we had to replace our roof due to age. I would highly recommend Brewster Roofing!

  Jessica, Glenn and their crew at Brewster Roofing company replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts after a major hailstorm. They did an excellent job! Very easy to work with, excellent communication and did a great job of clean up after completion. We highly recommend Brewster Roofing!!
