Terrible work. Once the job was finished, I went by to have a look. It was horrific. Unfortunately, they had already been paid. I tried to work something out, but they said no deal. They did offer to come back and make corrections, but the work was so horrible and unprofessional that we concluded they didn’t understand how to do the job. There was no way we were letting them return to the property. Yes, it was that bad. In my opinion, the work did not reflect someone with decades of experience, as they had described themselves. We ended up having to hire another company, which had to tear it all out and start over. Yes, this did happen and is the truth. We were actual customers and not another roofing company worried about how much work you are getting. Also, we are not representing the interest of another roofing company.

This never happened you can clearly see your lying. You must not be intelligent enough to even come up with a good lie. That’s sad you have to stoop so low. Probably another roofing company. If this were true you would have taken it to court. You can’t even tell me who you are. Defamation of a business is a serious offense and that’s probably why you don’t want to give your information out. That’s why google works with businesses to give the information needed to move forward when defamation cases are created.

When their works leak they won’t come back to fix it

  Reply from the business

You were told by your own father and by me that you need that other part roofed. The half I roofed does not leak. I cannot fix the other half I didn’t even roof for free like you want. Because I won’t do free work for you, you call me telling me you’re going to defame my company if I don’t. That’s blackmail and defamation which I can sue you for. If it was my problem I’d be glad to fix it but it’s not. You had 3 other roofing companies try to fix your problems before I roofed the half I did and it never leaked and now you want me to fix the other half that needs roofed for free. . If you really thought I am supposed to fix something for you then you would take me to court for it. You’re just a crook and you trying to defame my business to do free work for you isn’t going to work. I work hard for my money and I will never do free work for someone like you whose daily chore is to get over on someone. Nothing in this world is Free. Try roofing a house for someone for free and then come talk to me.

We’ve been told multiple times someone would come out and check on the work unfortunately ,I went ahead and paid for. My husband arranged his schedule to be here several times now, and no one showed or called to say they couldn’t make it. …

I’m glad your leak was fixed at least and the work was finished. You are saying someone should have came out and checked the work? I found out that Nick Brannon Roofing came out and fixed this leak and someone on his crew had put his number on our google site. You say that you don’t think the work looks that good. I’m so sorry for you but I’m glad it had nothing to do with my company. I did get in touch with Nick for you and he said he will be contacting you shortly to fix his problem. Just let it be known Brannon and Son Roofing is not affiliated with Nick Brannon Roofing, Roy Brannon Roofing, Sam Brannon roofing or any others. This company is owned and operated by Gary Brannon with Brannon and Sons roofing. Nick Brannon has went out on his own and started his own company. He is his own company and not affiliated. If it’s not Gary Brannon on your job it’s not Brannon and Son roofing.
