This Contractor posted their customers Contact information and address on a public forum stating to call and inquire, touting the quality of their work. So I did; for two reasons, 1) a new roof is very expensive. Anyone who has gone through the process of doing a roof knows this and 2), if someone was willing to have their information shared publicly, then they must have been a very happy customer. The result of the phone call was not what was expected. I was informed that they did NOT agree to have their contact information shared publicly. Photos were shared, I was not impressed with their work anymore than I was their ethics. Also, food for thought, this contractor offers $100 gift cards for 5* reviews. Chew on that. EDIT: Due to owner response I must add that I AM reviewing work which THEY performed. And I did so by contacting one of their customers whose contact information THEY posted without customer’s permission. I saw photographs. If the owner didn't want an honest review posted, then they should not have given me the ability to contact a dissatisfied customer. I would advise the owner to consider this matter settled.

Initially, very responsive to my request for roof repair work, which also required repair of the leak that infiltrated inside my home. An employee was sent to review the situation and provide estimate. However, employee arrived one hour early when I was not home. Owner was scheduled to come to assess roof repair and consider interior renovations. After employee came to the home, I never heard from anyone at BP again, despite making several phone calls and a text. Due to my unfortunate experience, I will not recommend this contractor to anyone.

3 months in and the roof is wet, through. There's mold, that the previous owners had remediated and had come back due to lack of ventilation even though we were assured there was plenty; there's even a light fixture that fills with water when it rains. We called and let them know, they came to our house, yelled at and where hostile to my mother in law, and now are posting our personal information online asking people to contact us, unsolicited. The dude's a bully and deserves no business. That also pay for positive reviews.

Tim came out to check a leak we had in our roof and give us an estimate. It turned out the issue was very minor and Tim went up and fixed it for us for free! He said the owner doesn’t believe in nickel and diming people. We had another company come out a few days before and they quoted us 700 to 1000 dollars for a fix they were recommending. BP builders will definitely be the first place we call for any of our roofing needs going forward!

Fair price and timely service. Brett and Carrie were a pleasure to work with. Roofers were here for a couple days. We had a larger steep roof but they did a great job on it. They use certainTeed brand shingles. Crew cleaned up afterward. Looks good.

We accepted an offer our house and at the same time, discovered the roof was leaking & needed to fully replaced. Brett’s team not only completed the project well in time, they also handled the interior repair, stayed in budget, and were conscientious & communicative the whole time. An absolute pleasure to work with during a very stressful time, highly recommended.

BP Builders did a great job on our roof replacement last week. They showed up early and completed the job in a day, as promised. It was a windy day but they made sure to check the neighbor’s yard after they were finished for any stray materials that blew over there. The roof looks great and the place was spotless afterwards. I highly recommend them!
