Mrs. Hanley, I hate you feel this way. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication between you and the claims specialist. Our team goes by the contract and if it's not listed, it's not covered. We had hoped the extra work we done would have satisfied this miscommunication. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Blessings-Born to Roof Texas, LLC

Joshua Smith is a true consultant. Very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and compassionate. Worked very closely with my Mother who is 87 years old and has had the same roof on her house for over 25 years. The insurance company was not very forgiving when it came to the estimate. Joshua stepped up and helped out in a very Christian way. My mother now has a brand new roof and is no longer concerned if the weather gets nasty. I highly recommend Born To Roof Texas particularly Joshua Smith and the team he works with.

Hail damaged the roof of my home. Contacted Austin Odum with Born to Roof Texas. Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to give me a quote for the repairs and said it would be about two weeks to get started. Two week later his crew showed up and removed the damaged roof and had the new roof on that day. Austin keep me informed, materials have been order, when the materials will be delivered, and when crew will be onsite to do the work. Thank you Born to Roof Texas and Mr. Odum

I am eighty years old. Over my lifetime I have had the opportunities to associate with many different companies. Joshua Smith told me that they would be quick and do the job to my satisfaction. He and his crew did exactly that and then some more. They paid a lot of attention to detail. All the old shingles and other materials were picked up and not left anywhere on my property when they departed. They even used a large magnet to find any stray nails. This company and Joshua Smith went beyond my expectations. I am glad I chose them!
