From the very first inspection of our roof to the final nail being driven, the experience was first-rate. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, informative, and pleasant. The team that came out to do our roof did an outstanding job. As my wife noted, at the end of day one it looked like a bomb went off. By the end of day two, you would never know they were there. The entire team was first-rate. I think it was the best value for the money after getting many different estimates, and we're very pleased.

Had minor roof repairs done but the initial replacement shingles were not a good match (to the 20 year old shingles). Riddick roofing came back with four options for me to view on the roof and the best match was selected and installed. Excellent service!

The Riddick crew did an excellent job, starting with my call for an estimate. Response was prompt and rep Michael arrived as scheduled to do a complete assessment. He was the only rep who actually climbed up on the roof and inspected it. Their bid was promptly received and, even though they are widely reputed to be the best roofer in the SML area, their bid was lowest. Their crew arrived as scheduled, with pre-planned deliveries and support, and put in 3 long days to efficiently remove and replace approx 60 square of roofing on a house, dock and gazebo, plus replacing gutter screens. Their clean up was fast and complete, with minimal impact on the lawn, walkways, mulch beds and driveway. Bottom line: I highly recommend.

Bob Riddick roofing has helped us once again. Quick to come out and assess the roof damage, provide a fair quote but most importantly, came and did the repairs when they said they would. I am so grateful for knowing a great resource!

The crew was professional and neat. Showed care for customers property and genuine concern for going above the original quoted repairs if/as needed and found. Great job listening to customer's concerns and addressing them completely. Thank you!

Due to extreme winds, shingles had and were continuing, to blow off of our home. Spoke with Michael, and he was able to schedule Mark to be here within 24 hours, who was also able to repair at that time, at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.
