They seemed like a good company until some tiles started falling off after 5 years. Forget about your lifetime warrantee, they will ignore you. The owner even hung up on me!

I absolutely do not recommend this company. During the roof repairs, they deliberately neglected certain areas, which is why I now have roofing problems. After speaking with Girard, and after several attempts to contact him because he doesn't answer or return calls, he completely disregards the warranty stated on the invoice. This warranty is only there to protect the customer, but in reality, it doesn't exist for this company. That's what I was told. So draw your own conclusions.

Mr. Girard contacted us for expert services to diagnose a water leak related to work they had carried out. They never showed up for the appointment and still haven't paid our travel expenses.

Very disappointed with this contractor; he doesn't take responsibility. He only works via voicemail and doesn't return calls, making it impossible to reach him. Good luck to anyone considering doing business with him.

25-year warranty, but after 13 years they refuse to take our call for flashing repair, replacing the plumbing vent pipe, and replacing some shingles.

They don't honor their commitments. Without going into details, I'm very glad I didn't end up doing business with them.
