  Guy named Hunter came out and straight up said, if you dont sign the quoted contract to start, then we know you are not serious and wont call us back. Said something along the lines of having their time wasted for coming out to give a quote. Said the price would go up if they had to leave and come back. Aggressive sales tactics.

  John – Quite confused here. We looked up Mendoza under our appointment records and didn’t find any records that match. Perhaps an appointment was under someone else’s name? If so, we would like to have you reach out to us so that we can investigate this further as it is so far from the feedback we usually receive. Also, a little perplexed as Hunter had a major medical procedure and has been off since late December. Regardless I can assure you that the review you wrote is so far from our mission statement and company goals that it deserves further investigation.   The most aggressive and deceptive bidding process I've ever sat through. I am deeply concerned for any elderly customers that get high pressure sold into over priced and low quality work.

It sounds like you may have received a quote and might not have seen the value in what we had to offer. Our process is to provide as much information as possible, so our clients can make a well-educated decision on what might work best for them and their home. Our goal is to provide the most effective solutions using high quality American Made Products. Although we do not claim to be the “ cheapest “ around and might not be the contractor for everyone, we do take pride in not providing a low quote upfront and asking for more money later. We do have the highest level of certifications and warranties available for the products we offer along with a well-trained team of installers. It sounds like we just gave you a bid that wasn’t acceptable, so I don’t quite understand how you can speak to of our quality of work. We have always made it very clear that we would like to help take care of everyone in our community and do the best we can. I know that might be a lofty goal but that is our intent.   Mr. & Mrs. Forza   First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your business. We understand that many contractors do not have the skillset to take on a project such as this. Some will not take on the business of cutting in a large ( 5ft x 5ft ) window into one’s dining room. The exterior finish work looks great as if that new window has been there and was meant to be there all along. As for the interior we did the wood window sill to match your other windows. The interior drywall window jamb is something we do not do. Paint and or drywall repair is a service we do not offer and is listed so in section 13 of the contract. As for scheduling our visit when setting an appointment, we always let the homeowner know that it can take 60-90 minutes for us to get the information we need and to go over details. Some questions and conversations that come up during the appointment can easily extend that. I totally agree that communication is an important part of the process in all businesses. I wanted to go ahead and confirm that our team is following the process, according to our call log and recordings Missy called Malia 9-4-25 and left a detailed message explaining that the windows would be dropped off the following day ( 9-5-25 ) in the morning time slot. Minutes later on September 4th Malia returned Missy’s phone call and they chatted in more detail and she confirmed the details, so I am a little confused on that one. The windows are made in Ohio and get trucked over on a semi to our distribution warehouse ( for us that is in Pasco. ) Once they arrive at distribution, we coordinate with their delivery team for all our projects for that week. Our delivery day is Fridays. Sometimes they delivery 20 plus windows to Oregon then turn around and drop a few jobs off along the way and other days they will deliver 1 window in your case then drive a total of 200 miles in a day to all job sites.   Beware!! We had our siding replaced in August and we are very disappointed. Trash, nails and construction debris were left throughout our property, exterior lights took almost 2 months to be rehung because all of our brackets were broken off during demo, exterior outlets were placed back on the home with nail screws and to date we still have existing damage to our front porch beam. We have made several attempts to reach the local office for resolution but sadly we are met with excuses. Please don't make the same mistake we did!

  They won't come to your house to just do 60 ft of gutter that's all my house needs but I have other stuff in the future and they've lost a customer for that other business and that's their attitude I understand you have to make money and I explained I will have other stuff and that's fine they don't like the busy

  Hi Tracy. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Over time we have made some changes to the policies we have in place for doing business. We do indeed have minimum of 50 ft total of gutter replacement to take on the job. We have recently refined that from 100 ft total, and it sounds like when speaking with our appointment team that information was not relayed. I apologize as that is our fault. Although many of our customers start out with one of our services or another and eventually have us back out for future work, we still must turn away some jobs. Not all jobs make sense for us to take whether it’s because of location, size, manpower, scope of work etc.. With that being said we encourage you to call back in and speak with Abri directly so that we can gather more information and see if we can help. Regardless we appreciate the feedback and hope to see you in the community soon. ( We will be at the 6th annual Trunk or Treat on Oct 26th at the Toyota Center parking lot ) the event is from 2-4pm and we will have lots of candy, toys, and games. Have a great day!

  Terrible company to work with and for. Shady businessmen who spilt from a shady company (Now remodeling). Terrible management and this company takes advantage of their customers through ridiculously low cost of labor and materials with a HUGE profit margin.   I had BN Covered Exteriors stop by one day and offer me a free roof inspection and quote. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because I had already received quotes from three other companies, and they were all outrageously expensive. From the beginning, Maurisio Garcia earned my trust. He took the time to answer my texts and address my concerns, no matter the time of day. He never pressured me and instead explained everything clearly, showing me why choosing BN Covered Exteriors was the right decision. What impressed me the most was his dedication. Even while dealing with a back injury, Maurisio came out to complete the final roof inspection and make sure everything was finished properly. That level of commitment speaks volumes—not only about him but about the company he represents. When an employee cares that much about doing the job right, it says more about a company than any advertisement ever could. Thank you, Maurisio, and thank you to everyone at BN Covered Exteriors. As a first-time homeowner, you made what could have been a stressful experience smooth, honest, and enjoyable.   Employees are Honest, respectful and friendly throughout the whole process. We had our door custom made, every detail was exactly what we asked for. We are extremely pleased with our door. Price of door is more than big stores but we went that direction a few years ago with our French doors and was not satisfied with the installation and was never able to get them to come back and correct the issues. With BN covered exteriors they check in to make sure we are satisfied and Mauricio came out to see us in person to make sure we were happy with the door and installation. They have shown great service to their customers. I highly recommend BN covered Exteriors
