I called the number listed on Google and their website and the man that answered hung up on me as I was introducing myself. I tried calling back and no one answered.

Paula, I apologize about your negative experience with our company. I have our office phone forwarded to my cell phone when I’m out in the field, servicing customers and my cellphone reception will drop, depending on my location. I am truly sorry for not being able to answer your call when you initially reached out. Dropping your phone call was not intensional and we value the opportunity to serve each and every homeowner that contacts us. Whenever you are unable to speak with someone directly, please leave a voicemail and someone will follow up with you as soon as possible. Can we resolve this issue?

I apologize about the delay Crystal. Your mobile home roof was improperly joined together with your garage roof when it was added on. I fixed the leak and cut out and replaced the drywall but my interior specialist was unavailable at the time. I offered to compensate you for having your drywall repaired but you declined. Is there anything I can do to fix the situation?

Our neighbours were looking for a trusted roofing contractor and at the end they got in contact with BMW Construction Inc. We saw that this roofer did some great roofing job and we decided to call them as well after the job is done at the neighbours roof. In general, working professional and customer care can bring you a lot of impressed customers. Thanks!
