  STILL UNRESOLVED even after owner's reply below: I’m sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions. During a roofing project at my home using Bluegrass Roofing and Consulting, Georgetown, KY, multiple items were damaged. This included my new composite deck after furniture was dragged across it, a chipped exterior window frame, water intrusion after the roof was removed approximately three hours after rain, a brick knocked loose from the exterior, and several dented gutters. The gutters were replaced and the brick was glued back in place. However, the remaining damage totaled over $3,000 and was not repaired. When I requested repairs, I was told the company could only afford a $250 reimbursement. After I sent a written request asking that the matter be reviewed through their insurance—since the repairs could not be afforded and to seek a fair resolution for the deck damage—I received a letter from their attorney stating that a lien could be placed on my property and that the damages were considered “consequential to the work,” citing language in the contract’s fine print. I’m posting this to document my personal experience so homeowners understand how damage issues may be handled if they arise during projects with this company. Update Still Unresolved: 6/5/26 in response to owner's last message: All repairs have not been completed. The deck remains damaged, as well as the water intrusion damage to my ceiling that occurred when the roof was left exposed after rainfall, and no protective covering was used during the tear-off. There is damage to the window frame caused by ladder impact that was not professionally repaired, and driveway damage in two separate areas. Since John mentioned he could not afford to complete the remaining repairs, I have attempted to resolve this with you on two separate occasions and was willing to settle for only the deck repair/refund $2,500, but you have ignored both attempts and only stated damages were due to the normal

  I thought I had a good deal and a good roof from BlueGrass Roofing , But to say the least that is not True ! Yes they came out done the job , clean up and handle business but after that you won’t see them ever again.. Notified them several times off a leak I had on my roof of my house over 4 months ago, hadn’t had anything get back in touch with me or anything .. Some much for a Warranty !! I wouldn’t recommend this company if you ever have a problem and need them to come back out .. I have been patient long enough ..

  Was ghosted. Promised to come out on a certain day, randomly came a few days later. Came out to look at house and promised to send someone to look at our roof the next day. No one came. No response.

I think there may be some confusion and we may not actually be the Bluegrass Roofing you are trying to reach. There are many in Kentucky, Central Ky, with variations of our name.   I want to recommend this company highly. From the start to finish the were very professional and efficient. Dalton Works their representitive was informative and helpful and I am very pleased with the work. They did a follow up check and I appreciated that. This is a reliable company to call If you need new gutters or gutter repair.

  We had a great experience working with Bluegrass on our new fortified roof. Cam was very knowledgeable about the whole process and walked us through the steps and was available for any questions.   I highly recommend Bluegrass Roofing and Consulting. I used them for a leak in my roof. They were very responsive and quick to schedule a time to come by and provide a free estimate.   Everyone that we were in contact with From the estimate through paying the bill was a pleasure to work with. Bluegrass roofing and consulting was prompt courteous, and the work was done as specified in the estimate. We’ve had a lot of rain since then and the work they did was excellent.
