I can’t recommend Jason enough. He provided an excellent, fair price and the quality of the work speaks for itself. The crew was professional, efficient, and left everything spotless. I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality roofer!

Being a woman can be tough when calling to get household items fixed. A lot of companies will take advantage if they think you’re lacking knowledge, and I once even had a plumber tell me that my entire toilet needed to be replaced because a toothbrush clogged it. My experience with Black Label Roofing however, was the exact opposite and because of that, I feel compelled to write a review to let all the other ladies (and anyone else out there who may be looking to get roof issues solved) that these are 100% the people you want to call about it. Hands down. I had several of my shingles fly off in 100km winds and a leak that needed to be taken care of, so I called insurance hoping it would be covered, but it turned out that it wasn’t. Insurance suggested I still hire the same company who came out to inspect it, to take care of these issues, but with what little construction/roofing knowledge I have, I thought the quote given was awfully high and decided to call around to see if I could get better. From the moment Jason answered the phone, I felt like I was chatting to an old friend (in fact, I really did think we had crossed paths throughout the years until he showed up and I didn’t recognize him at all. Haha.) He still treated me like you would treat an old pal though, which meant a lot to me, especially after some previous experiences with trades folk. The best part? His quotes were WAY cheaper than the previous company’s. I live downtown and none of these houses are really put together correctly or up to code. This house is so old it didn’t even have an age listed when it was purchased, just listed as “old”, so as I’m sure you can understand, each time I go to fix one issue, new ones are discovered. Of course, this roof situation was no different. Jason did however, still honor his original quote, even though I know his materials cost more than he had expected once he was able to figure out what was causing the leak and needed to be fixed. I also know this becaus

The crew showed up to our property on schedule and ready to go. The work done was top notch and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. Once the job was done, the cleanup work left no trace. Great work, great price, and professional people to deal with.

As everyone knows we've had a tough Feb with record snow amounts & incessant wind. That resulted in the need to get our roof shingles replaced. Jason & his team tackled the job in late Feb & finished Mar 3. To get started they shoveled the snow off the entire roof. From that point they battled Mother Nature in terms of timing but completed the job in a timely manner & at a very reasonable price. We are delighted with their workmanship & especially pleased to get the work done before the Spring. Jason is very professional and an excellent communicator. From the initial contact to the end of the work he was in regular contact to update us. We are also delighted with the way his team cleaned up especially given winter conditions. We recommend him & Black Label Roofing to anyone in need of roof repairs.
