  They come early in the morning very rude and loud would not recommend

  The roof looks great but left behind all of their excess materials. They had to move deck furniture out of the way (only 2 plastic chairs) which I get but then didn't put it back and they could have swept or hosed off all the excess shingle dust that is riddled all over the deck and stairs.

  They never showed up during agreed upon time frame to give me a quote a new roof and siding. I called numerous time to remind them and confirm they were coming but never called me back.

  DO NOT USE! We had the shingles on our older home replaced. The entire experience was unpleasant, communication was problematic, and the work was extremely disappointing. I would rate them 0 stars if possible. First, the color shingles were not what we requested. The roof leaked in at least 2 places after the shingles were replaced. After three return visits, we continue to have water coming in our house. We now have to call another company to fix this leak. The shingles are not laying flat in one section, as there is a raised hump running down the roof. In hindsight, I would have paid thousands more to get the job done right the first time. Do your homework, seek customer referrals and get all the specifics in writing. Update- after a recent heavy thunderstorm we discovered yet another leak! Crawling up into the attic reveled a steady drip coming off an errant nail!?!

  I am so pleased with the work this company did. They were here at 7:30 & all finished by 4. They made sure everything was picked up & put everything back in place. Very friendly & very easy to work with. I would recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you for making this whole process so painless for me!!!

  The roofers came at 6 in the morning to start roofing on July 5th. No one told us they would come that early, so was a little annoyed to get woken up by people banging on our roof. They parked in our grass, so I have two sets of tire indents in our grass now. They did get most of the roof done that day, and came back on Saturday to finish some last minute touches. They did leave their trailer in our driveway overnight and it was blocking my husbands car in the garage. I texted the person I was communicating with during the whole thing I believe a little before 8, and unfortunately didn’t reply til the afternoon so we had to cancel plans because I needed my car to get to work that morning. They did clean up there mess, and made sure there were no nails left in our yard or driveway, and I was pleased that they got the roof done so quickly.

  Shawn Kelly II was so patient, and helpful to our Condominium Association with a hail claim. He stuck with us for over a year and provided proof and photos as well as meeting with adjusters multiple times for our insurance company. When we finally received our claim reward, he and his team completed the roofs in an efficient manner, plus he went above and beyond to work with us on the bid price so we could replace all of our roofs rather than repair some. Highly recommend!

  We lost a good size section of our roof in the Aug 10 Derecho and they have been absolutely outstanding to work with and super responsive to me since day 1. They came today with a large crew and did our whole roof in one long 14.5 hr day. They are diligent, respectful, responsive and left the yard spotless. Great work, superior products and friendly staff. Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with them. Highly recommend them!!!
