I can't address the quality of the roofing workmanship, I can only address my experience with trying to get windows cleaned after the work was completed. A few of my windows had residue and/or scratches from the shingles from which were tossed from the roof to the ground. Unfortunately, Chaz had no interest in addressing my concerns.

Brenda- I apologize for your experience. Unfortunately, the board did not approve the proposal for window cleaning.

The short version: - Poor Communication - Overpaid for unnecessary Work - Took to long - Stated expectations did not align with written quote or work done - Materials left in yard twice In light of the 4.9 score this business has, it's fair to say that my experience was an exception, but I still think it's worth stating. In short, I explicitly and repeatedly asked that the focus for my home be on repairing a specific leak because the other companies I had contacted continued to shift the work to roof replacement based on storm damage. I got a quote for a roof tune up in the amount of $1600 add called to ask questions because, based on the location of the planned repairs, I was skeptical that the recommended work would fix my problem. I actually asked the inspector to come out a second time and look at the issue from inside the house to ensure that this would fix the issue but it took about 2 weeks to have that happen, meanwhile every-time it rained, water was coming into our master bedroom to the point of it dripping on my while I slept because the problem was growing. So, we schedule the work based off the recommendations made. Materials were left throughout the yard, no internal work was done on the ceiling drywall as I expected. I reached out to Chaz, the salesman who set up the workday, and got no response about the internal drywall until after the work was completed on the exterior. Most importantly though, the roof continued leaking, It took more than a week to get any answers about next steps and ultimately I had to pay only half of the invoice sent to me to get anyones attention. Greg (the original inspector) came out and found a nail pop that he was able to fix in 10 minutes on. the spot but also found some other work that he wanted to have redone. This nail pop is what was causing the leak which is the main frustration, that I paid $1600 to fix a leak that likely could have been fixed much cheaper with a better up front inspection, especially because I

Mr. Luman- thank you for your honest assessment. Our goal is to have a 95% success-rate with repairs on the first attempt. Given the roof condition and age of the home (80 yrs), your repair was complex and turned out to be an exception. However, when our repair did not solve the issue the first time, we came back out and made sure the issue was resolved at no additional cost. Bird's Eye Roofing takes pride in trying to repair when it is an option and not pushing unwarranted insurance claims on our customers. We apologize our repair did not meet your expectations.

Bird's Eye Roofing (BER) is a very young and immature company. If you have a complex project or potential for additional work to be completed, we do not recommend BER. I honestly do not get the current rating they have - maybe its because all these other ratings deal with smaller projects? Did these others deal with insurance and mortgage companies as part of their project? Brandon and Calvin talk a great game, but when it comes to the details and more complex issues, things start to fall apart. The project is not closely monitored as they claim, and it takes a lot of effort on your part to keep things moving. BER removed essential pieces from our roof and failed to ensure no water would get in while they waited for a third party to provide the metal roof coverings they knew were needed prior to pulling old pieces off. My question: why pull old pieces off if it was going to be a 2-3 week waiting period for new pieces? Why didnt Brandon or Calvin inspect the work to ensure proper sealing and protection was done? This oversight and failure on their part exposed our home to a significant amount of rain damage which was completely preventable. The lack of QA caused gallons of water to pour into our walls in three sections of our home; 1.master bathroom had water pouring onto the floor and tracking back towards the inside of the house and to the basement (setting off water alarms); 2.Continued water damage in the dining room where replacement work had already been completed;3.in a bonus room above the garage where water damage had not been noticed till this point. When it came time for final payment (which we turned over all but 1 check sent directly to us as we received them - which was not asked for or required), Brandon decided to file a lien on our home vs work with us and the mortgage company to release final payment. I coordinated a three way call with our mortgage company and Brandon where BER was informed what was required and I followed up with an ema

Hello Kristian, and thank you for the feedback. We apologize for your unpleasant experience with Bird’s Eye Roofing. In this instance, we, unfortunately, had to file a lien on your house as it's our policy when payment isn't received for more than 90 days. We'd like to resolve this issue as soon as possible as it is inconvenient for everyone involved. Please contact me at my email address, brandon@birdseyeroofing.com so that the issue can be mitigated. Best, Brandon

First of all, I want to thank this company for the outstanding work they did installing my home's roof. The job was perfect—clean, precise, and always on schedule; they finished it in just six hours. Once the work was done, both the owner and the employees provided photos, specifically showing the areas that required replacement—which ended up being the entire roof. I recommend them wholeheartedly because the work they did was fantastic. Thanks again. Ricardo Olano

I am a homeowner. I purchased my Home two years ago and I just noticed two weeks ago a water leak from my roof. I called Birds Eye Roofing company had them come out to my home and a employee named Greg one of the coolest cats on the planet used a drone to fly over my home and found a previous repair attempt for a Leak, from the previous owner before I bought my home. Greg was able to find the leak I paid a reasonable price to repair the water leak and I am 100% satisfied with the service. I highly recommend bird Eye Roofing company for any roof repairs or replacement.
