Hi Baljit, Check your SMS!! How many messages are neglected and procrastinated to not to show up and fix the poor work that broke by your team. This service doesn't deserve even one star. I do not recommend this business. They did a poor job that broke within a few days and never returned to fix it. Total waste of money and time. I am not sure if I should share the SMS responds here.

We have water in our main bedroom every spring time. It has been 4 years now. Always same answer on the phone - we are coming to fix it. Their 10 years warranty worth nothing. They worked on our neighbor roof and it is also leaking. You better pay a bit more and get professionals.

He doesn't return calls, emails, or texts. If you have a problem with the roof he installed, he won't help you. He always tells you he'll come by "next week."

This installation was done by a drunk guy; the roof was installed crookedly. And surprise! Tracks of shingles came loose because of the wind. The imposter refuses to come and repair my roof. So now it's raining and snowing on the plywood. That's what I call negligence and malice. Never hire this crook.

I had many issues after installation, and they never help.

Worst roof company ever. After install, leaking when raining. Never answer phone call. Promise to come to fix but never come on time.
