  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I cannot stress this enough. They will lie to you and charge you excessive amounts just to have a technician come look.

  We had and still have a leaky roof and every single leak that was supposed to be repaired by Bigfoot construction was never repaired. They told us they felt bad for us because no one else would take on the job because it’s a terra-cotta roof so they decided to do it …6000 later I have the same leaks and they will not do anything about it. They told us there was no guarantee and never paid attention to what my husband was trying to say to them. It’s the dormers that are leaking. They insisted on patching where they felt the leaks were coming from,, which didn’t do any good And now two months later. Exact leaks are still here and they will not do anything about it. They said that we never would guarantee it, and we both told him in the beginning exactly where we knew that the leaks were coming from. They ignored that and fixed what they thought where it was coming from and they missed every single one of the leaks and now they proceed to tell us that with more money they could come out and try again They fooled us one time they are not gonna fool us a second time they did not live up to the word that they said . Together The owner and Mikayla sat here and told us that they will not fix any future leaks, but they will take care of the ones that are here. Why else would we agree to spend the money if there was no way that they thought that they can do it and they were only trying to do us a favor why would we agree. To throw our money out the window all they did was take our money unnecessarily, and then wanna come back and take more money from us to try to fix it again. I’m sorry to say it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had and the owner wouldn’t even come here to show his face here again nor called us. He sent his worker. It was wrong. What he did it was wrong how we were treated and it was wrong because that is not what we discussed. We figured they knew what they were saying when they told us that they were going to fix the gullies of the roof an

  Called for a roof repair estimate/full roof replacement estimate. The guys showed up and looked at the job however I have been waiting over a week for estimates. Try to call the number and get no response. Can't leave a voice message because the voicemail box is full. Very unprofessional.

  If I could leave less than one star, I would. It's been over a half year since I signed the estimate (July 1st, 2021) to commit to a roof replacement with Bigfoot Construction based on online reviews. I expected delays due to the current production issues in the economy but never expected to get to winter without a new roof. Two months after returning the signed estimate (September 7th) and having not heard from them, I asked when they thought they could begin and was told ~2 weeks weather permitting. We've had more than a couple of weeks of good weather here since so I assume that was just lip service to keep me content as they filled their schedule with other clients. Two months later (November 11th), again having not heard anything since I was told to expect a mid-to-late September start time, I emailed them to express my concerns and ask for a refund. It's coming up on two weeks since that email and I have yet to hear back from them or receive a refund. If you can wait, I highly suggest going with another contractor. If you pay close attention, most of the glowing reviews are from more than a year ago. Since then, I would guess that this company has leveraged their good ratings into bigger commercial jobs, pushing smaller ones off until they are less busy.

  My husband and I hired Bigfoot Construction to install a roof . John the sales manager gave us a quote at our first meeting and was every knowledgable. Micah and Dan kept us informed along the way and always available for questions. The roofers were amazing never missing a beat or a nail !! The roof is beauitful 😀Can’t tell they were ever here. Totally pleased.

  I had two wooden support beams replaced and two doors removed because of rotting jambs and rusted steel doors. The crew came out in cold weather to install the beams on the first floor patio and second floor wooden balcony. Next day they replaced the two exterior doors and also installed screen doors. This is an honest company with comparable prices. A great crew, manager and office workers. They're trust worthy and they cleaned up afterwards !

  We had a squirrel issue and weren’t sure where to turn. Contacted Big Foot Construction who immediately confirmed they could help. They provided an initial assessment and cost and quickly scheduled the job. The final outcome looks incredible! I highly recommend this company.
