Best West roofing did a repair on my roof last year, several months later it was leaking in the same spot. When I called them I explained the problem and was told that it likely not the same problem, we are really busy right now so it will be two weeks or more to come, and there is no warranty on this type of work. So, this has left me feeling that my previous business with them did not result in my receiving any priority for what is very possibly the same problem. I'm not particularly satisfied with best West roofing customer service.

We had our roof replaced while we were away and glad we chose BestWest Group to do this. They were very professional and first class. Especially thanks to their project manager Rob Fee who kept us up to date including pictures and videos of the progress he communicated with texts and phone calls especially working around the weather. They installed an Enviroshake roofing material and we couldn’t be more pleased with the completed project.I would have no hesitation in in recommending Best West Group and especially Rob Fee for any roofing job

Best West Roofing and their entire team are now my go-to roofing specialists. Not only did they complete the job on time but they did so with extreme proficiency. Each detail was looked after and they did not complete the job until they were satisfied with their work, and believe me, they are their own harshest critics. Beyond the job atop the roof, they also cleaned up literally every speck of garbage and debris which resulted from their work. This company truly cares about customer service and it shows from the finished product all the way to the staff they hire. Choosing Best West Roofing is a No-Brainer as far as quality and customer service is concerned! All the best to Best West Roofing, keep up the fantastic work!

BestWest Roofing is the only place you need to look for a new roof. Rob and his crew are exemplary professionals with a can-do attitude. Their approach smacks of an era when craftsmanship and pride were spoken in the same sentence. You will not regret doing business with BestWest Roofing. We had a significant leak in our roof. After calling two other companies and not even hearing back. I contacted Best West Roofing. Tyler contacted me the same day. Told me when he would be there, arrived on time, figured out the problem, explained what needed to be done and why, gave reasonable estimates, got the work done quickly, answered any questions I had and took photos so he could further explain the work. The current practice of many contractors now is to Google Earth your house and not even bother showing up to actually look at the work before giving you an estimate. This was not the case with your company, which I really appreciated. After explaining that we were trying to get a few more years out of our existing roof, he didn't try upselling a new roof to us. He offered workable solutions instead. It is clear he cares about doing a great job. He is professional, courteous, efficient, competent and reliable. And has a great sense of humour to boot. When I had to call him back about a problem towards the end of his shift, instead of putting me off to the next day, he explained he was on his way back from Maple Ridge via Langley and would get to our house in New West as soon as possible. Which he did. Your company is extremely fortunate to have Tyler as your representative. I have already recommended him to one person and after dealing with him, will continue to recommend Best West Roofing to friends and family. Job well done, Tyler!

I am very pleased with Tyler on everything from beginning to the end for my snow guards installation and other repairs on my roof. Tyler is a very nice, kind, polite, pleasant, experienced, knowledgeable, and he is the one that I feel I can trust with any roofing project. He took time to inspect my roof , explained carefully and clearly what needs to be done. He showed up as he promised, carried out the work on time and professionally. He did extra works for me by inspected my gutters and did some other repairs while he was up on my roof already.. He took the pictures for the works he has done. I am very pleased with Tyler and his team for their hard works. I will definitely call Tyler again whenever I have any roof problems in the future and I highly recommend Tyler and Best West Roofing Inc. to anyone. Thank you so much Tyler and your team.
