  Not a good experience. After they blew off the first appointment, the work eventually got done BUT my husband now has to go out on a ladder and caulk the part of the gutter that is ALREADY leaking! Not even a month has gone by, and we are already doing our own repairs. We tried to get the problem fixed via the business but they deny that there is an issue. Apparently I’m lying about the drips coming from the gutters. Avoid this company.

  I have a leaking roof in my bedroom and a few other rooms in my house. Desperately reached out to this company. Leo showed up, looked around the house, agreed to put tarp on my roof until my home owners insurance situation is cleared. He charged me $500 as I would provide the tarp. I felt so blessed because I expressed to Leo how desperate I was to have the roof covered before the expected rain for today (Saturday)came. He left, assured me that 9/6 (Friday) the work men would come and do the work. I called the company on the scheduled work day to inquire what time to expect the workers. The secretary boldly told me Leo said his workers is going to have a problem getting up on the roof so now the charge will be $1500.00 instead of the $500 we agreed on! My heart sank, I couldn’t believe what I heard. I honestly cried! How can people be so cruel, cold hearted and wicked? All they’re seeing is the $ sign. I just read another review on here that a customer said Leo and his team fixed their roof, did a shabby job fixing their roof and that their roof is still leaking. Now I’m thinking that maybe my disappointment with what Leo did to me may be a blessing in disguise. Hey Leo, always remember it’s the small kind things you do in life to help others will give you the biggest blessings in your life. Stop putting $$$$$ over integrity. You gave me a price and you should’ve honored it. In the end, You would’ve made over $12,000.00 fixing the roof, plus more $$ fixing the ceilings in those leaking rooms but greed took control of you. It’s like the story of the greedy dog! You know in your heart that what you did to me is so cruel and for no reason. It’s ok, I’m a good person who always help others so I know I will get the roof covered without any further damage to the things in my home. You really disappointed me!! Be careful how you hurt people, Karma is real! ❤️

  My roof started leaking 6 months later and one of their roofers asked my 13 year old daughter for her snapchat then proceeded to send am unsolicited picture of his genetals, because he was illegal its been hard for the police to track him down and the owner refuses to give us any information 0/10

  I don’t want to be a Karen but some things need to be said. I have never gotten service from this company but I was at a the gas when the Best Way van pull into the parking lot and about 5-7 people got out of it. They all walked into the gas station and were yelling and being completely rude to the guy working there. Not only that employees started to take chips and candy and shove them into their pockets and shirts. They walked out with probably 5-10 stolen items. Before they walked out one of them looked at my a put his finger to his lips shushing me not to tell the employee. When they finally walked out of the store they all pulled out their stolen items and compared them as it was a game. This is completely disgusting. Not a good way to represent your company

  Best Way Roofing has done 3 different jobs at my house and did a very good job on all 3, New Roof, New Siding Trimming, and Deck Porch repair with new paint.   This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a roofing company. From the communication to the workmanship. Cesar and his team went right to work without hesitation. The interior work they completed, I was in shock of how an amazing job they did as well as the roof n gutters. I would def use them again.
