  Would leave 0 stars if possible. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Did incomplete work and now that interior has water spots, nobody responds to calls/texts. Company has given me the run around for almost 3 months. Save yourself from a headache. I have pictures and documentation to prove what I'm saying. They were so fast to pick up my money but MIA for warranty claims !!! Update. Still don't waste your money. 7 months after I called for my warranty claim incomplete work, poor workmanship, and causing property damage. On top of leaving debris in my yard after they actually fix it. Worst experience ive ever had.

  They replaced my roof they did not put on the cap or seal around the chimneys my home flooded because we had a bad storm next day and the manger came out and said would replace everything and fix my home and still not had nothing done and it's been almost a year now. I do not recommend them

  They did, in fact , finally complete the job. Upon closer inspection , there was an issue with flashing. I asked for it to be corrected. After several calls and three weeks, two employees arrived. They took pictures(they claimed, )yet had no ladder. I’ve not heard from anyone in about 30 days am having it repaired by PROFESSIONALS, not a pick- up crew.. I suggest they are possibly best avoided. Get someone who will complete the job.

  Horrible experience. We have had an issue with our new roof, installed by Best Choice Roofing, since December of 2022. They repeatedly lie and say they are coming out to make repairs and never show up or bother to call. We are sick of dealing with unprofessional and non-responsive people. We even went so far as to leave our vacation a day early in order to meet them at our house in July of 2024. They never showed up or bothered to call and reschedule. We wouldn’t even rate them a 1 if given a choice.

  BCR is the company to call for roof repairs! Very quick and responsive to all my questions and the crew did a fantastic repair to my roof. The shingles are a perfect match so its like they were never even there! Fair pricing too. …

  This company is garbage they put a roof on for my parents two years ago why am I having to get a new roof put on after two years.The guys didn’t even nail my shingle down they just glued them down.I suppose to have got new boards replaced also they didn’t mail them down that’s why my roof was looking all messed up don’t use this company they want to charge a lot of money and do sloppy work.I can’t tell know body how to spend there money but if you want to give your money away use this company and you will see

  I wouldn't trust his company because they don't understand what a no trespassing sign means. They'll probably screw you on your roof. Your local sales team who goes around to houses doesn't understand what no trespassing signs mean. Most likely it's the management. No trespassing means stay off my property. Respect people's land. This company does not they go on whoever's property they want to and hang things on the door even though it says no trespassing.

  No respect for anybody's property.We have multiple no trust passing signs all over our property.And this is a specifically no soliciting neighborhood yet.They walked up my driveway onto my grass and stuck a card under my lantern beside my door complete invasion of privacy and disrespect for the law and my property

  Best Choice Roofing did a phenomenal job replacing my roof! Cory came out and did a full inspection and talked me through the whole process. He was also there when the insurance adjuster came out to make sure all the problems were addressed. Hands down the best customer service I’ve dealt with. Cory stayed with the installation crew the whole day and communicated with me throughout the process being I couldn’t be there. My property was taken care of and cleaned up as if no one was ever there. Their office administrator, Cali, was wonderful to deal with as well. She was quick to answer emails and any questions I had. The folks in Kernersville, NC treat you as family! The roof looks amazing! Thanks Cory and Best Choice Roofing of Kernersville, you guys are the best!!

  Cory and Best Choice roofing replaced overhangs on my roof including trim work and my storage building roof last year due to hail damage. They did an excellent job. This week I noticed a slight issue with 2 small pieces of trim work and Cory sent out a crew today to fix it immediately. Great service..!!

  I had Best Choice Roofing come and done my roof. The price was not bad either plus I could finance it. I had the help of Kahlil and Hayden. And Cory helped with the schedule of it. Thanks you guys so much. I can breathe a little easier knowing my roof is not going to leak during a rain storm. My roof was in pretty bad shape and you guys came and fixed it. I am so pleased with my new roof.

  Ron Moore and Joe were on time. Explained what they needed and what they were going to be looking for very well. They were very honest about my roof. I thought it was like 7 years old turned out to be less than 3. Thanks guys for everything. If I ever have roof damage I will definitely be reaching out.

  Cory and his roofing crew were phenomenal. My roof was done in one day with excellent quality. The interior water damage repairs were more of a challenge, but Cory ensured it was done properly and it turned out quite nice. The only issues I had were repeated delays in starting the job due to circumstances above Cory's pay grade (a hint toward management there....), but Cory kept in good communication throughout and ram-rodded the job fantastically. I am very happy with how it all turned out.

  EDIT AGAIN: Voluntarily changing review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Reason, because the Area Manager Cory texted me this month out of blue just to see if I had any warranty issues or needed anything. That is above and beyond in my opinion since the job was closed last year (2025). Thank you to Corey and BCR for making it right. EDIT: Well after a year my roof replacement is finally complete. It’s unfortunate that I slipped through the cracks but once Cory with BCR was assigned the other vent did end up getting installed, and I have no issues with the quality of work with the initial roof replacement or this last issue to complete the contract. Going to leave the star rating in hopes people read and prepare themselves for when they work with this company. Also this is the rating they earned. I’ve had a frustrating experience with this company. After they replaced my roof in mid-2024, they didn’t complete the job as agreed. One of the vents wasn’t replaced, even though the contract specified both would be. I’ve tried emailing and calling multiple times with no response. The voicemail box is full, and my emails have gone unanswered since I paid in full. I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and follow-through. I wouldn’t recommend this company. I month later and still no resolution. The GM came out said all the things… problems with her email, problems with her phone…. Yet here we are almost April and still nothing. Anyone looking at this company for work on their house proceed with caution and make sure everything in the contract is compete before you send that final payment.
