Terrible roofer. Installed a whole new roof, it now leaks around the chimney. It didn't leak before, the shingles were just old and it was replaced as a preventative measure to prevent leaks. The roof is only two years old. Company refuses to honour the 5 year warranty on the work as listed on the paperwork. All he does is make excuses so that he doesn't have to honour his warranty. He is currently blaming the chimney that predates the roof, and had never been a problem before. Nothing was said about the chimney being a problem at the time of the install, only after the leak developed, as an excuse to not fix the roof. Owner is very rude whenever I have had to deal with him. Would not recommend this company.

I first met Robert, three years ago, when he came out to give me a quote. As soon as he got out of the truck, he recognised the shingle and told me that I still had a few years left. I called Robert on Friday and got a quote. Today, the job was done and I couldn't be happier. His crew is great! They were very careful not to leave any mess. They blew every surface and raked. They actually left my property cleaner than how they found it. This is a very big deal and I am thrilled with how Beresford Roofing delivered. I love how the roof looks ... thank you Robert.

I called beresford roofing for a quote owner showed within an hour extremely nice and friendly guy, informed me my roof (that very much looked like needed replacing) was probably going to last 10-15 years longer because of the pitch of my roof he said at least 5 more years for sure! He helped and pointed out another part of the roofing with a different slope was changed not long ago probably cause the previous owner knew the 12-10 pitch roof would last but not the flat roof so thats why just that part was brand new. So it all made sense, owner of beresford roofing was more then helpful and very honest he wouldn’t even take $20 for coming out to see me! I can’t overstate enough how trustworthy I felt he was.. Would highly recommend!

Called Robert Morrison for repair needed after storm on the roof. Within 15 minutes he was at the house, climb on the roof, fixed two shiggles, from his own material, a great service with a great smile. I would trust him with any roofing on any house.

Very honest. Came up on a Friday night after hours. Very informative. Told me I needed a contractor to fix my issue. I will be calling him back if I ever need new shingles. He didn't take advantage of my situation.
