Hired BDM roofing, Brady MacDonald, we hired BDM to roof house in 2025 March, said he could do in april2025, never started put us off for over a year, he took a deposit and refuses to return the deposit. Cancelled contract only option is legal, would have given him 0 stars. Don’t give deposit

Very bad experience. Repeated postponement, sluggish response, did not show up on the confirmed date at last. After numerous calls and messaging, the response was that he didn't have materials to do the repair. Speechless...

Had no choice but to go with another contractor to get our work done because despite several times attempting to contact about our project that was scheduled well in advance, there was no response and on one occasion, an unclear response. Did not show up on scheduled days with no contact to rectify the situation. Very disappointed.

Terrible service from Brady, the supposedly owner. Do not ask him to come for roofing needs. There are other better contractors out there. Called and messaged many times but does not reply and just really bad service. I've found another roofing company in meantime who are much more reliable!

I utilized BDM Roofing for an insurance claim. We required new shingles, roof repair, new eaves, and new siding on two sides of our home. After getting three other quotes that were not satisfactory, BDM quickly assessed our roof, found a perfect match for our siding (which other companies said couldn't be done), and worked with our insurance adjuster to obtain a fair quote for the work that needed to be done. Despite having a full load of roofing work already booked, BDM immediately responded to fix a part of the roof that was leaking as a stop-gap, several weeks before putting new shingles on and permanently fixing the roof. Siding and eaves were completed with perfect matches for both. You can't even tell there is a 25 years difference in installation times between walls. Communication was great throughout. Any detail or potential delay we were made aware of - any questions we had were answered within a day, sometimes the hour. I would call BDM for any exterior jobs in the future.

Absolutely outstanding and timely communication. Answered all questions fully and immediately. Coordinated the completion of a multi step project on entire exterior of our house in an ideal timeframe. We had the highest expectations that everything be done to perfection and we are ecstatic with the end result! Highly recommend BDM!
