  Called this company on a Thursday about some issues with my gutters. The person I spoke with informed me they would pass the info along to a member of their team who would reach out to me later that day or Friday. I didn’t hear anything back from anyone until Monday morning when someone called and asked if they could come by that day. We agreed on meeting at 11:30. Well 11:30 comes and goes and I receive no call or text or anything advising me why they never showed. Then I never heard anything at all for days on end as if the person I spoke with completely forgot we talked and just disappeared. This business is extremely unreliable and very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

  I contacted this company regarding gutter repairs and was told I'd receive a callback by end of day. Two days later, I still haven't heard a word. If they're this unresponsive before they have your business, I'd hate to see what it's like …

  Great company, helped my family get our roof paid for after our insurance denied there being any damages. Very easy to work with, highly recommend this group!

  Awhile back had a couple of minor leaks involving roof. Talked with Canon, he sent one of his workers out to help me. I really appreciated him doing that. Justin and I was successful in repair. Thanks Justin and Canon

  Canon was great to work with. Very responsive. Jacob fought for us when the insurance adjuster initially rejected our claim. Canon checked over all the work and made sure it was to his standards. If it wasn’t, it was corrected. Professional. Timely. Guarantee their work. Easy to work with. Good group. Would use again.

  I can’t say enough good things about this roofing company. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. They helped me navigate the entire insurance process and got my claim approved without any headaches — something I could’ve never done on my own.   These guys walked me through the insurance claim process after we had a tree fall on our home, Jacob & Cannon are amazing and our roof turned out very nice! Highly recommend these folks, very knowledgeable about products, insurance & wonderful customer service 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Cannon was great to work with very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He seemed to “know a guy” for everything that I was needing done after the storm which is super convenient to have a one stop shop for contacts when the last thing I want to deal with is fixing storm damage. For this particular project I needed a partial gutter repair and a handful of shingles to be replaced (but opted for an entire gutter replacement and gutter guards) I even went with the color Cannon suggested for the gutters and am SO happy with the results.

  We recently had Bartlesville Roofing and Gutters replace the roof on our house. They were careful to cover everything around the house as they removed the old shingles and felt. They worked for over 14 hours the first day in 90+ degree heat, then finished up by noon the second day. The finished product looks great, they did an excellent job of cleaning up when done, and they quickly submitted the required documentation to my insurance company. However, the thing that impressed me most was their communication. From the first time I contacted them till the job was complete, they responded to my questions and concerns quickly and positively. I highly recommend them.
