  Don't hire this company. They have caused so much damage to our home. Nathan does not follow-up on his so-called warranty. We just had to hire another local roofing company to come in and fix Backbones mess. Now, I have to hire painters because of all the damage to our stucco. Just call someone else.

  I have had several issues with this company and would never have them do a job for me in the future. Not once, did I ever hear from the owner of the company regarding any of my issues. Tyler was my only point of contact. I had a covered, screened-in porch put on to my house. The company that backbone had do the job was laughable to say the least. After 7 times of having an issue with it leaking, they finally did what they should have done in the first place to resolve the issue. There was poor communication with the company they had dig and pour the footer. I told Tyler several times to make sure that anyone who did work at my house that I have a septic system and the location of the septic tank and drainage field. Yet, this information was not relayed to them and they drove over my septic system. This also left horrible ruts in my yard that I was left to deal with. Not to mention a busted fence.

  I went through several contractors to find the right one to entrust my small construction project to, I like Nathan and Nia they were easy to communicate with and I figured they would be the right team for the job. What I didn't know is my job would be sub contracted to a group who didn't know English very well and were not familiar with or got the specifics of the contract I had signed wrong. The nightmare ensued there. The only way anyone knew something was wrong with the constructed structure when I the customer pointed it out. Granted it was promptly attemped to be fixed, mostly with another bandaid that may or may not have been better to start with. I was left with a structure I had to settle with for fear further repair efforts would end up looking worse. Nothing was ever really followed up on just assumed things were good. It s worth asking who actually will be doing the contracted work and reviewing all materials prior to installation,as well as,watching entire installation process like a hawk. Sorry Nathan and Nia I wanted to leave a good review but can't.

  I would have liked to give this company a review based on their roofing abilities but they failed to show up to both appointments I scheduled with them. They were supposed to arrive on 12/21 at 11 am but no one ever showed and I never received a call. So I called multiple times and finally got ahold of someone later that afternoon, which they responded with 'we have been busy and overlooked the appointment'. So I scheduled an appointment for the same time one week later (today) and no one has shown up and I have received no communication from the company. Backbone roofing seems to lack in communicating with their customers, the ability to schedule, and complete disregard for their customers time. I have wasted two full days waiting for them.

One of our guys did try calling you to inform you that your roof was to steep to perform a proper inspection today and that we would have to come back with proper harnesses to safely walk the roof. If you give us a call back we can reschedule it to come back out with the proper equipment. Thank you have a great day.

  Absolute pleasure working with them! They had to rip up our flooring to dry up a leak that happened, even with everything ripped up and out of order our house did not feel in complete disarray, they got everything put back together the next day and left no trace of them being there, they honestly left it cleaner than when they came. 100% recommend!

  Thank you to everyone at Backbone for your service on my roof. It was completed a few weeks ago before the last hurricane came though and we didn't miss a shingle or get a drop of water in the house. I am very pleased with the service and even though we had a small issue due to a misunderstanding with the installation that was fixed. They handled the issue professionalism and was willing to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. It is rare to see someone that hold themself accountable and stands behind there work. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing shingles replaced.

  I contracted Backbone to frame a cased opening and install my doors for a home office and add crown molding. While it took a while to get my job scheduled, when they installed, it was done correctly, cleanly and on time. I couldn’t be happier.
