Johnny, wow🤯—thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to me and my entire team. I completely understand the skepticism you had in the beginning. Unfortunately, there are companies that give our industry a bad reputation, so earning your trust was something I never took for granted. I’m grateful you gave us the opportunity to show you how we do business. Our goal is always to educate homeowners, be transparent throughout the insurance claim process, and make sure every customer receives the repairs or replacement they’re entitled to based on their policy. I’m glad we were able to help get your roof, fence, and interior damage properly addressed and restore your home the right way. Thank you as well for recognizing the work that goes on behind the scenes. We take pride in advocating for our customers, keeping them informed throughout the project, and delivering quality workmanship from start to finish. Johnny, it was truly a pleasure working with you. On behalf of everyone at Baccaro Roofing, thank you again for your trust, your kind words, and your recommendation. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re just a phone call away.😤🙌
