  Very disappointed with their service. I would not recommend Babe Roof. They replaced the roof on my house less than two years ago, and the ridge caps and shingles have already started falling apart. I called them multiple times, but they never answered or returned my calls. I eventually had to contact GAF to initiate a warranty claim. Only after GAF reached out to Babe Roof did they contact me. They sent someone to inspect the roof, but the inspector arrived without a ladder and didn't even bother to get on the roof to perform a proper inspection. Instead, he looked from the ground and said the ridge caps and shingles were lifted, but claimed it wasn't an issue because there was no active leak. GAF told me they couldn't help because the roof is still less than two years old and the contractor is responsible for addressing the problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Babe Roof. A roof that's less than two years old should not already be showing signs of failure, and I expected much better workmanship and customer service.

  We appreciate your business! We did your roof about 12 years ago. You've NEVER called to tell us about a problem with your roof in 12 years!! We always take care of our roofs that we installed and are in the warranty period. You said yourself it sounds like a chimney or flashing issue, those are NOT your roof. We do not do chimney work. You posted anonymously also. So "M", sorry that you DON'T have a problem with your roof. Call a chimney company.

  Had a roof done several years ago. all went well & now I need some repair work done & apparently they don't want to help as I'm being ignored. TO YOUR REPLY> can you read? did I ask for repair under warranty? NO I did not. My phone conversation with Allison when she said not under warranty, I replied I assumed that but need it fixed. I expected to pay for the repair. what does any of that have to do with the fact when I called & texted with Allison I got no where. would you like me to post the text messages? don't say it's the first you've heard of it. And I said nothing about recommending you. And yes I wanted help. You did the job & I need repair so you would be the first I called. Are you telling me you only do repairs if under warranty? you make no sense with your reply.

  This company is the worst!!! Completely unprofessional, and very poor quality. The prices are cheap, which reflects their workmanship. Don't be fooled by their facade of a website, do yourself a favor and find another quality roofing company.

  FAKE REVIEW!!! Never worked for this liar. Found out he is friends with the entire family from one of our "Non Competitors" Check our A+ rating with BBB and consumer affairs. Please note all of our REAL customer reviews. We've told google for years to remove this fake review with no success.

  If you are looking for an honest, professional and highly competent roofer then Babe Roof should be the company you call. They are the most honest and trustworthy company I have ever dealt with. Would highly recommend.

  Babe Roof recently did a full roof replacement for our house. We just moved into our first home a few months prior and had a few leaks we had to address on our very old double layer roof before the winter months. Chris from Babe Roof came by and we discussed every aspect of the roof and GAF process. Compared to other estimates we had, it did not feel like we were working with a salesman just trying to make a sale, Chris was knowledgeable and straight to the point with any questions we had. The entire company was excellent to communicate with and they did fantastic work. We had 3500+ sqft of roof to replace and their pricing, cleanliness, timeliness and communication throughout the job made the process so much easier than we expected it to be. They also replaced the roof of our detatched garage as well as installed brand new gutters, leeders and gutter guards throughout the property. We couldn't be happier with the work and the GAF golden pledge warranty is just an added bonus to the whole process. Not having to worry about leaks or roof damage for years to come is a great feeling to have as a new homeowner. Thanks again to everyone over at Babe Roof, including Chris the owner and Allison in the office. We highly recommend Babe Roof for any roofing needs.
