The first three are Google’s own figures for B F Roofing Ltd, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the British Columbia roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for B F Roofing Ltd. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Quick response time, professional, insured, and their crews are dialed in and get the work done safely and the work itself is up to or surpasses BC standards. BF Roofing is one of the best options around, hands down. Small torch down job for bathroom exhaust fan.

BF Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on my garage. They managed to fit me in at the end of the season when no one else even came to look at the job.

BF Roofing came in to re-roof the townhouses in the subsidized housing units that I live in. I was unhappy with how my townhouse was re-shingled and BF Roofing made it right.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 16 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 16, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
