This was one of the best renovation project experiences we have ever had. It was on our seasonal cottage. New metal roof and Gentek siding. First, the quotation process. We were right at the edge of B&E ‘s work radius out of Owen Sound (Inverhuron). Eric was responsive, quickly asked every question he needed to do the quote. We asked for an upgraded roof product, quote was changed quickly. Totally flawless. Nothing but confidence building. The work. We have never met Eric in person. We were not on site during the work. Everything was done through e-mail, text and the occasional phone call. We could not be more thrilled with the work that was done, the timing of the work execution, the daily updates on progress. One structural surprise emerged when old siding was removed. It was quickly assessed, discussed and quoted. Repair work was done within one day. Eric accommodated other work being done during the installation and accommodated neighbors as well. We could not have been more thrilled and impressed with their work. We would recommend them to anyone who wants clear communication, flawless execution and a team that cares about customer satisfaction. Truly Outstanding!!! Thanks. I will be passing your cards out this summer!
