In 25 years I’ve never had a customer like this one. Her name is Markeyshi Kpatrick. She hides behind the name “a princess “. She says she doesn’t like giving negative reviews. However, she has given several negative reviews for frivolous reasons. She has made several false statements. 1. I never quoted the job. 2. Said her roof was completed in one day. Exclamation mark. After researching this false review. I site visited the property. The job had just started. No where near completion as she stated. In fact the city inspector busted the so called contractor with no permit. The extent of the rot was so bad the house is inhabitable. Rotten roof, fascia, soffit, top plate, walls, everything on the house is rotten. B&B stands behind our decision to pass on this job. It required total demo and reframing. I took several photos showing the Rotten house in question. Kpatrick stated she dodged a bullet from another contractor. I would say the opposite is true. The contractors that passed on this job Dodged A Bullet. Kpatrick is being reported to Google for false statements and inappropriate accusations. Contractors BEWARE!!!

Such a terrible roof theses guys did for me . He asked me to write a review right after the roof was done , 10 months later shingles are still not flat like I asked for and he said the heat from the sun will flatten the shingles, lie , they are lifted and I’ll never recommend this company to anyone

They are a very professional and personal when it comes to doing business. They had me a quote on having my roof replaced very quickly. Out of a few other quotes from other roofing companies they had the best labor warranty and came well under all the other estimates. I will definitely recommend them.
