I hired Luis with Aztec Sheetmetal to do a metal roof on my home. He came in with a good price after he had started the work. He claimed that my roof was bigger than what he had estimated and then proceeded to give me a change order for a …

Paul and that's why there's text messages and emails with you accepting the extra roof footage that you forgot to mention, and you receiving the material that is install on the roof that you stated you never got, but again that is why we have pictures and text messages, and receipts. Have a nice day.

One of the most frustrating experiences. Hired them for a metal roof job and they required a very large deposit up front. Luis regularly didn't show up and wouldn't answer phone calls. He didn't calculate the area right when he bid it and when it came to a change order he decided to add on an extra 10% to our agreed per square foot cost and another $4,400 in delivery of material fees and hotel fees that we never agreed to. We had to bring in another contractor to finish the job because he has abandoned the job with it incomplete and the house is being damaged because of where he left things. Not to mention the inappropriate conversations he wanted to have about trying to get a look at his female commanding officer while in the USMC. Please avoid this contractor and save yourself the headache and uncomfortable situations.

Original agreement was for 5440 sqft. If you didn’t add and change original plans there would be no extra costs, am I not liable to pay for the 6,700 sqft of extra roof. Respectfully, if you don’t have enough funds to pay for a project of this nature you should of just told us and maybe we could of work something out. Proof of pictures is always taken after work is completed. Aztec sheet metal did not abandon job, if you simply couldn't afford to pay for a metal standing seam roof and cannot cover the extra cost of roof, I again could of tried to work with you and help you out, but I will not be taken advantage of and have my name slandered, I served 5 1/2 yrs in the USMC I have integrity and honor.

I had the pleasure of working directly with the owner, Luis. He takes a lot of pride in his business and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers receive top quality service. If you’re looking for dependable Sheet Metal Contractor in Rialto, CA I highly recommend working with Luis and Gabby at Aztec Sheet Metal.

I am the owner of Aztec Sheet Metal inc. sir and respectfully you haul for B & B Plastics sir not for us, as I told you the company you haul for are 2 blocks away and you could of gone to their offices but unfortunately our policy doesn't let us provide public restrooms for the public due to our insurance would no cover any liability sir since we work with pure metal that is dangerous and our machinery. We are not the only company that does this sir again due to insurance liabilities.
