The first three are Google’s own figures for Axcess Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Ontario roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 10 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Axcess Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

They were very easy to deal with. We had a skylight leak and they came out next day and did the repair. Efficient, accommodating and good pricing. We will recommend them and will be using them again. Thank you!

When getting a quote, Richard teaches you about the mechanics of a properly constructed roof and its benefits. I used this knowledge when getting quotes from competing companies. None could come close to providing the service and value provided by Axcess. His crew did a great job, kept the job site clean and were professional. I would highly recommend.

I can't tell you how pleased and grateful I am to Axcess Roofing for the top notch, quality workmanship they did on my roof. After two terrible roofing experiences over the years I was so hesitant and worried but from the first meeting with Richard I felt confident I had chosen the right team. Thank you for taking the extra time to try to help with my roofs special issues. Always left the job site clean and tidy daily and took the time to answer my questions. Great team ! I highly recommend Axcess to anyone.
What Axcess Roofing says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Family owned
“…Family-owned and committed to vertical integration…”
Their site also states: states a founding year.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 10 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 10, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Axcess Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
