That said, we are genuinely disappointed to hear that aspects of the workmanship and jobsite cleanup did not meet your expectations. We take concerns about quality, attention to detail, and site safety very seriously, especially regarding the debris and nails you encountered after the project. We understand why that would be frustrating and concerning for both your family and your pet. Throughout the project, we made efforts to address the items brought to our attention, including providing a credit toward the final invoice.   Turn time for the installation process was good, installers were great, support post install was atrocious. My final invoice came through almost $10k higher than the initial estimate; as someone that works in the construction industry I find that entirely inappropriate. My roof required 75% of the decking to be replaced, something that should have been caught during the estimating process, though even in the instance it's missed should be assumed in the estimate based on obvious roof conditions; there was zero decking baked into my price allowing the costing to come in as low as it possibly could. In addition to that, the additional $10k was expected to be paid upfront; was able to work with them on "installments" however their expectation of installments was a $2k a month payment until the balance has cleared. I suppose I should be feeling grateful that they'd even have the flexibility to allow me to "finance" the unexpected price hike of a balance, however there a are a ton of roofing companies these days that are doing low interest or no interest payments on installs for 12+ months. Incorrect color flashing was installed on a small section of my roof, played off to not be a big deal and that it was a "supplier" issue; again another blatant deflection. My issue was not with quality of install, of which I'm confident was primarily subcontracted; but with company defensive customer service and poor price presentation. $30k for most is a LARGE investment, and should be treated like one from a contractor perspective. This industry is full of thank you next contractors, Avondale is no exception.

  Alex, Thank you for the feedback in regards to the roof install and our foreman Edison and his crew. Edison and his crew have worked for Avondale for 4 years now so we don't understand the comment about being confident it was subcontracted. In regards to the final bill, our production team gave you a call on 9/29/2023 8:53 AM, the day of the install once the crew had part of the roof torn off and noticed that your rental property had spaced decking on the roof. At this time, you were given an estimated additional cost due to the wood. Unfortunately this was not able to be seen during estimating since no one was home and our estimator was not given access to your attic. The only way we would have been able to see this during estimating, was if we tore a portion of your roof open. As well, our accounting team worked with you on offering an in house payment plan with no interest or fees other than a credit card processing fee if you decided to pay via credit card. You are correct that one piece of almond drip edge got installed and was fixed the next day with a white drip edge replacement. Thank you for choosing Avondale Roofing on this project.

  Not happy with the job three leaks, had them back three times for issues with the job. Came back with a tube of caulk to fix the chimney leak !!! And it leaked again.

When Ryan had spoken to you and Duane before your reroof with us, he inspected the chimney vent and let you know that the vent was not properly sealed when installed in the past and that it should be replaced. He then provided you information and recommendations of how it should be properly fixed to avoid leaks in the future. We have continued to come out on different occasions and make a quick fix to help prevent leaking around the vent. Your chimney vent is in need of a replacement, as we continue to recommend.   My place of employment uses Avondale on a regular basis. We have several aging rooftops but Ryan and his employees are keeping a lid on major problems until they are replaced.

  I had a new roof put on my mobile home in late 2025. They did a great job. Communication was excellent. The roof has held up great even with the latest high winds & heavy rain. The crew who did the work was very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. From start to finish, I was very happy with choosing Avondale.

  I had to call Avondale roofing to help with an emergency situation of a tree landing on our roof. They were very communicative, professional and fast acting! They were able to come out almost immediately to tarp our roof to prevent water/weather from getting in. I would highly recommend them!

  I recently replaced my roof and 3 skylights. I cannot say enough about this company! I have high praise for Tony who was first class from beginning to end. When faced with a problematic roof with on-going leakage, he immediately tried to discern the issue. When we decided that the best alternative was a new roof and new skylights, he explained all of my options with clarity and professionalism. Yanci is another person who deserves a shout out for her advocacy on my behalf when challenges arose. She was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to “make it right.” Avondale Roofing is a company that stands behind its services and puts the customer’s satisfaction at the forefront!! Thank you!   Unfortunately the experience was not good. It took 4 attempts to obtain a quote, 2 attempts to get a crew to do the work, then the work was/remains incomplete. Attempting to support local business, and paid anyway.

  Avondale Roofing just completed our roof, and they did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. As soon as we signed our contract, their team was out at our home within a week, and they completed the entire roof in just one day. The crew worked efficiently and professionally, and the results look fantastic. We had a few small items that needed touching up afterward, and they handled them right away with no hassle at all. Their responsiveness and commitment to quality really stood out. We’re extremely pleased with the final result and highly recommend Avondale Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking roofing company.

  I was having a few leaks in the retirement center where I work.They came out, evaluated the roof and made repairs. We had a good rain e few days later and no more water got inside the facility. What a relief. Thanks to the crew that came out.
