I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Silvano at Atomic Roofing and Home Renovations and would not recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement. We hired Silvano for a full roof job, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. The pricing was a major issue right away — the amount changed multiple times from what was originally discussed, which was already a huge red flag. By the end of the process, it felt completely unreasonable and far from transparent. Unfortunately, the workmanship was even worse. The roof was done so poorly that it ultimately had to be completely redone afterward. After paying for a full roof replacement, the last thing any homeowner should have to deal with is hiring someone else to redo the entire job because the work was not done properly the first time. What made the situation even more frustrating was Silvano’s lack of accountability afterward. When I raised concerns and tried to get the issue resolved, he refused to fix the problems and would not offer any kind of partial or full refund. Instead of standing behind the work, he left us stuck dealing with the cost, stress, and inconvenience of correcting a roof that should have been done properly from day one. To make matters worse, I also left this experience feeling like I was treated differently because I’m Chinese. The way Silvano spoke to me and treated me throughout this process made an already terrible experience even worse and felt completely unacceptable. Overall, this was an extremely expensive and stressful lesson. If you are considering Atomic Roofing and Home Renovations, I strongly suggest getting absolutely everything in writing, confirming the final price upfront, and being very cautious before moving forward. Based on my experience with Silvano, I would absolutely not use this company again.

This is now the second completely fake and fabricated review in a week, talking about race or racism again. This time personally attacking the owner. Anyone who has dealt with us knows this is untrue, first off we have terribly detailed and precise quotes and only proceed after digital proposals are signed, so pricing cannot change other than unforeseeable wood repairs counter our company culture, WE FIX EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING ALWAYS AND HAVE LIFETIME WARRANTIES. We never just change price other than unforeseeable wood repairs. Our quotes are terribly detailed and guaranteed. Everything listed is false and lies. This is slander and this has never been a client of ours. Counter to every other single review we have. This is an online takedown.

I was really disappointed to see the owner of this business leave a rude and disrespectful review targeting someone’s ethnicity after an interaction at a restaurant. A business owner should never act this way, especially when they represent their company publicly. Sad to see he was acting this way while his wife and kids were present, is this who were really giving our business to?

You have the wrong person sir. Please retract this comment. Additionally if someone made a comment that’s either hateful or racist why wouldn’t you report it? Google takes down any comment like that which you’re describing. However in the meantime kindly remove this comment as it has nothing to do with atomic roofing or its ownership/representatives.

Booked on Mar 13 2023 for roof reshingling. Was promised an installation before Fall time. No communication from owner. Will be going with a different roofing company next spring

Im sorry Jerry that we were unable to please you as a valued client. I reached out by telephone to have a better understanding of your expectations that weren’t met. When we booked your roof noon March you had asked that we not be there between dates of August 10-17. We are only 3 roofs away from your install which is a steep roof that we prefer to do in Fall colder weather as not to mark shingles. Our experience has been that clients reach out if the delay feels long. And we book our year by June usually. Perhaps we’ll change our protocol to making monthly check in calls to avoid this in future. Thanks again sir.

  Owner owns me money

  Reply from the business

What is this? How could a company owe you money? Who are you? Why don’t you contact us if there is an issue please? You are neither a client nor a past employee.. Are you sure this is the right company? FAKE This is absolutely shameful that anonymous attacks against our Company’s ratings can be done by any competitor or fired ex employee as I can’t understand who or what else this could be… google needs to do better job of filtering attacks on small business by malevolent players ..

I’ve been chasing this company for weeks to help with a roof repair. Called, texted, made appointment arrangements. Nobody showed up or sent an estimate. If it’s a smaller job they clearly don’t care. Don’t waste your time

I have just checked our customer management application and your name isn’t in it. I believe this is a fake review done to hinder our reputation. Otherwise your name would be in our software. It’s Thursday evening 7:16pm. 3 minutes after your 1 star review. I can come to you this instant if you would like. If this is real.

Great experienced and friendly staff. We just bought our house a few months ago and or shingles were in dire need of replacement. The crew gave me a free quote and got me in quickly, once they saw how bad a condition the roof was. Got it done in a day and it looks great! Thanks guys for the awesome repair!!

Silvano and his team were a pleasure to work with. They are clean, efficient, and very professional. They did an awesome job replacing shingles and updating to a ridge vent system.

I reached out to Silvano at Atomic regarding my shingles being near the end of their life and also regarding some damage sustained during a windstorm. Silvano came and did an inspection of my entire roof, including my attic area for deficiencies. He accessed the roof and found the areas that had sustained damage and temporarily repaired them free of charge. He was very thorough with his explanation of the items found, regarding ventilation, proper processes and additional protections that were available. He was also very informative regarding the steps moving forward. Once booked, we were updated and consulted on the best times and dates for work to begin. Silvano’s team were on time and professional, covering all vulnerable areas around the home, being meticulous with tidying the area around our home and being respectful of our timeframes for available work. The finished product is amazing, our home looks refreshed and I am confident in the work completed that our home will also be protected to the highest standards. Thank you Atomic for the amazing job done on our home.

We just had a roof done by atomic, And If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the very start, they were very communicative. They came to do an in person assessment and were very upfront and honest. When they came and did their work, they were efficient. All the workers were Very friendly treated everyone in our family with respect, including the kids and people that visited our house while they were here doing the work. After checking everything out, everything looked amazing. We had a new skylight put in. And just even looking at it from a distance, it looks so much better. I definitely would highly recommend atomic roofing.
