  Sat in the road for 4 hours waiting to get loaded. Some trucks sat in the bay for almost an hour only half loaded. Trucks lined up 1/8 of a mile down the road. When my company called and asked why the delay, they made up a story about a broken down truck. There was no broken down truck and no tow truck ever showed up. They just lied. Pathetic this place used to be good. Saw 2 FEMALE managers come out and have to direct the forklift drivers as to what to pick. This place obviously needs better management and people who won’t lie to companies about why they’re so slow. Start reporting this to your companies and calling corporate. When enough people call, they’ll start to deal with it.

  Overbooked. The line is all the way out in street. 3 hours and they've only loaded 3 trucks 3 trucks in front of me so far.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. If your coming to pickup a load here cómo ready with food been waiting 5hr still have 3 trucks left in front. They are slower than the word slow.

  If you get here, maybe before 10 am, you probably can get loaded and strapped within an hour and a half. If after that you will be here at least 6 hrs. I got here at 12 pm and left at 6 pm. Painfully slow. Take a dump and get your lunch if …

  Slow, 2 to 4 forklifts only load one sometimes two trucks at a time. Too much material taking up the yard. Can barely hold a few trucks. Trucks get backed up on the side road and main road

  Loading is quick, once you get inside, if you're in line it can be a while to get inside. Took a bit of time to get tarps put on the load. Over all I don't mind this place at all.

  Shipping dept. and loaders were awesome! Great group of guys. Great loading experience.

  Super nice folks in shipping and receiving. They had me in and out in timely manner. I was unload in less than 45 minutes and that included untarping and straps. Gates open at 7:30am shipping and flatbed receiving are on Glenn Bass Road
