  They are just going to hire a subcontractor for the main job, then blame the language barrier between the sub contractor and themselves for any issues. The sub contractor they hired for siding at least was good at the main job of doing siding but that is the only thing going for them. The price seemed decent but that's is only because they lied about about what they would do upfront.

  Aspen worked with D.R. Horton to put our roof on and now after 6 years we need to replace it because the work was done horribly. Tried to work with the company to get this resolved since we are not under warranty but feel rightfully dismayed to have to pay for a roof after 6 years. Ethically we feel we should be getting assistance with this. But Aspen and D.R. blame each other. We are getting a new roof with another company but warn you on doing business with Aspen in future. They will not do what is right for the client. We would have met them part way to help pay for a new roof but instead they ignored us and only answered us when we pushed for follow up. They will not stand by the work they do.

  I had aspen roofing replace my roof in 2011 and what an awesome job they did. I called them in 2024 and had them come patch another house I had bought. The Gentleman let me know that I needed a new roof. In January 2025 I made an appointment for Kelly Judd to come out on February 4th at 2pm. Kelly never showed or called. I called aspen and asked what was going on. They had a guy named Alex Burch call me and let me know this was all his fault, because Kelly had thrown it on his schedule and he didn't catch it. Alex asked me if he could come February the 5th. I informed him that I was a truck Driver and only home on weekends. Alex Burch said he would come Wednesday and go over the roof (which he did), but he would come out Saturday to go over everything with me. Saturday at 130 I called and text Alex with no response at 140pm I called his company, and they called him and said he was on a back road and would call me when he got off it. 3 hours later no response. I called at 415 and talked to main company and told them I was going with someone else. When you have people like Kelly Judd and Alexis Burch make appointments and don't keep them. It scares people away from doing business with Aspen. It's a shame. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

  Do not use this company. They came to my house and made it sound like an easy process where they would help me log everything that I lost in the tornado and they would send off the checks from my insurance for me so I didn't have to do that. But then that process took far longer than it would have if I had done it myself. They charged for the work they did not do because insurance said they would pay x amount . The job was never actually finished. The roof now has waves in it. I am concerned about my roof leaking. They put maybe 20 shingles up, charged me for 3 hours of work when they weren't even there for two. They didn't replace the gutters which needed replaced according to their first contact that came out to see my roof. He told me it would cost maybe $500 to do the whole thing. Lies....Terrible company. Terrible service. They are using the tornado and insurance as a way to make a quick buck. Disgusting Follow up... They sent me a letter and it said that they did things like fixed my gutters that weren't included on the insurance claim but they absolutely did not touch my gutters. They actually made the back of my roof worse and it's going to cost me a lot. So please do not waste your time with this company. Tell your friends. Second followup... Now, due to their negligence, I have a ton of water coming into my foundation. Save your money and stress and time and choose to use someone else.

  All I can say is shame on Aspen Contracting. We had a tree fall on our neighbors detatched garage that damaged a few shingles. She had just had Aspen Contracting put a new roof on her garage so we called them for an estimate. They told us and our neighbor if we used another roofing company it would void the warranty so we really didn't have a choice but to use them. They charged us $2000.00 to replace 1- 1 x 6 2' long and a 3' x3' section of shingles. They only charged my neighbor $3000.00 to replace the whole roof. We had gotten another estimate before the warranty issue came up and they quoted us $650.00. Needless to say Aspen took advantage of us. Hopefully this review will make you think twice before using Aspen Contracting for any of your roofing needs.

  If you like wasting your time setting up an appointment and taking time off of work to be home for the appointment and have them no call/no show then this is the company for you.

  Had a great experience with Aspen. Toby was the best at coordinating and going above and beyond to make sure my neighborhood approved my roof. The roofers did an awesome job, even taking pictures for me to see. The cleanup was impressive. You couldn’t even tell they had been here. Very satisfied customer!

  Toby Brown, our sales person with Aspen, did a great job of making sure all aspects of our roofing job was completed and to customer satisfaction. The work crew was thorough, did a great job, arrived early and stayed all day until the job was finished. Our roof looks wonderful. My husband, David, and I are very happy with the work that Aspen did for us. We highly recommend them.

  They show up when they say they will, most times they are early. They are busy the whole time. If they encounter a problem, they talk to you and have creative ideas to solve the issue. Toby stays on top of the job and is available if you need him. He is easy to work with. I would definitely hire Aspen again.

  Matt was great to work with. He helped me understand the insurance company's responsibility and always kept me updated on the installation process and my out of pocket cost. The work was done on time and it looks great. I would definitely use Adspen Contracting again.

  Matt and his team did an exceptional job from the initial home inspection to presenting us with all the options of the pros and cons of each color. Their installation was outstanding and did a very nice job cleaning up everything from the installation. I highly recommend Aspen for any of your roofing needs.

  Joel Royal is the best customer service rep ever - his total focus was on customer service. The roofers were fast and very experienced. My house built in 1830 was not the easy - but they did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.
