  they came to my home, looked at the job, gave me a quote, asked for a deposit and then vanished. I emailed them, called them, without any reply from them. I paid them a deposit in February. Last communication was March, with the weather being the delaying factor as an excuse. After that "crickets". It has been 5 months since. I tried their business line and I get a recording "10B1, calls to this number cannot be completed". This is criminal behaviour. After reading some of the reviews, I think I dodged a more expensive bullet.

  I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response from this company. After multiple attempts to reach them via email, I have received no acknowledgment or resolution. They took over a previous business, but as per the new owner, they refuse to cover any issues related to past installations, even though the work was done in 2018. The problem has been ongoing since 2021, and it's disappointing to see such poor customer service. It seems like they’re not interested in resolving issues from previous business, and that’s unacceptable. I would highly advise looking elsewhere if you're seeking a company that values its customers and stands behind its work.

  Business may be closed. Estimator came 3 weeks ago, still no estimate. emails bounce back. Premises appears to have been vacated

  We had our work completed by Goudreault exteriors with a warranty. Due to a number of workmanship issues we exercised the warranty - to be told the company does not exist however Sebastien is working to honour the original contracts in the new company. We submitted documentation with photos of problem areas, worked to coordinate 5 times the follow up which came with multiple excuses eventually leading to no one showing up. We have gaps in installation, deterioration of the Hardie board, poor quality caulking, broken pieces etc.The conclusion - poor quality - not professional and not responsive. We waited and waited but no response from ASG.

  Kevin and his crew did quality work and they did so efficiently. I really appreciated how they listened to what I wanted and they made sure everything was done exactly as I had hoped. They were experienced and personable. I strongly recommend ASG exteriors for your siding, eavestroughs, and soffits.

  ASG recently replaced all of our siding, soffits and eavestroughs. We are so happy with the results. Any question that we had was answered and work was completed in a timely manner. Would most certainly recommend using them!

  We hired ASG to replaced all of our old siding. They did an excellent job. They are all very professional, reliable and so friendly. They even graciously came back and repaired a spot that I damaged. We are so thankful to them and it was well worth hiring them. I recommend them.

  Would recommend ASG, did our roof, excellent service and crew, no crude language or loud music, did not disturb the neighborhood, Kevin was very patient with attention to detail when choosing the shingle colour and trim, thank you to all.

  Sebastien and crew clad the wooden fascia on our cottage and installed/replaced eavestroughs. The price was reasonable, the crew did excellent work and they cleaned up everything. I would hire them again.

  ASG did a fabulous job installing new siding on my house! Their office staff was both professional and very helpful in choosing both a colour and style of siding to bring my home into the 21st century! VERY Pleased overall! Highly recommended!

  I used ASG Exteriors in June 2021 to replace the vinyl siding on our house and it looks great! Neighbours have commented on the colour and how quickly the job was completed. I appreciated the minimal mess and complete clean up and they even went the extra step and installed my porch lights! Would definitely recommend ASG.

  ASG was quick to respond after recent wind damage in the winter. With more wind and rain in the forecast, they completed the work in a timely manner to ensure the roof was water-tight. Great response and work, and nice to have peace of mind.

  We are so happy with our new roof and Eaves. Sebastien and his crew are amazing. Hard working and very knowledgable. They kept us updated daily on the progress and were tidy and respectful to our property. His crew members gave us suggestions and conducted themselves professionally. I would highly recommend this company. Planning on using them for the next project!
