We were very pleased with the entire experience, and process from the beginning to the finish. The work and the price was very well explained before the roof was installed. Artisan was very adaptable to our budget and still provided a superior product suited to our needs. The staff that installed the roof were very efficient and friendly. There was no trace of garbage or any evidence of construction material left over after our roof had been replaced. We love our new skylights and look forward to years of use.We are so glad we chose this company the quality workmanship is evident. We would definitely recommend their services.

Artisan is one of the best roofing companies I have worked with on PEI. They demonstrated exceeding professionalism and the service was expeditious. Brad is very friendly and offered a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend him to any one else in need for said service.

We recently had our asphalt shingle roof replaced with steel by Artisan. The customer service from start to finish was amazing. Brad and the whole team made the experience easy. This was the largest home improvement project we have ever taken on, and Artisan’s dedication to the job and transparency were very much appreciated. The crew was professional and polite and kept our property clean, which was important to us. They showed great attention-to-detail. Our new roof looks great, and we’d recommend Artisan to our family and friends.

Last winter, when our house was leaking in the attic, Artisan Roofing was the only company which would like to help, because it was not the right season to repair or replace the roof. Brad came to check the leaking roof very soon and then we decided to replace the main roof. Worker came to replaced one side of the roof first and then finished the rest of the roof later this month as I requested. During the whole progress, Brad replied every message I sent to him very quickly. Although the price is not the cheapest, they offer good roof and 10 year warranty. I highly recommend this company.
