  Called Author’s Roofing at 9am on behalf of my 84 year old Mother. She has a hole in her home’s soffit that has allowed a squirrel to set up residence. The squirrel has already chewed through two phone wires and running wild in the attic. The person who answered the phone was very nice and said that she could have someone at her house by noon-1pm on the same day. This was the answer my Mother was looking for as she lives by herself and pest control said they can’t catch squirrel until hole is fixed. Person came out at specific time, looked around the house and left. No updates, no time frame, nothing. I waited until 4pm to call the office. Person who answered was not sure what happened but would check. Staff calls at 5:26pm to let me know that they would not be able to get to her house until late next week, and no estimate. Might be best to let potential customers know this (not really going to fix issue on the same day) before agreeing to have you all come out. This has now wasted another day.

  There is more to the story. Your mother has difficulties with her hearing and when the tech was there they both tried to reach out to you several times before he left. Roofing repairs as a rule can be completed in the same day, but sofit work can be difficult to fix when neglected and needs to be scheduled to make sure it is fixed properly. There are steps involved to ensure the finished product is to Arthur's Roofing standards.

  I'm so sorry for your experience. This doesn't seem like something that we would do. I would like to apologize to you personally, but since your Google is just the letter b, there's no way to see if we even have you in the schedule to make it up to you. But if we really did what you are claiming, I am truly sorry that we did not help you in your time of need.

  Fantastic experience. Received a quote the same day I called and the work was completed in less than two weeks. The roof looks great and the team was extremely professional. I would recommend Arthur's to anyone needing a roof replaced.

  I highly recommend Arthur's Roofing from soup to nuts! Obviously, the final product takes center stage and they did not disappoint: top-quality, dimensional shingles, lifetime guarantee on material + 15-year workmanship and everyone is licensed and insured! Now, I must also give credit to the entire ensemble: from Brittany at the office (efficient and timely in correspondence); Peter in sales (knows his product like the back of his hand and adds a personal touch to the project); the install crew (clean, polite, excellent workmanship AND they cleaned up the job so well it appeared that a landscaping crew had visited)! For such an important part of one's home, the roof touches everything from aesthetics to resale value, thus buyer's remorse needs to be minimized. No buyer's remorse with this customer! If looking to invest in a new roof, you must call Arthur's Roofing!
