  Thanks for the review! We are glad to hear you are happy with our pricing. Unfortunately, the rest of the review seems to be miss leading as to your situation. Per the text messages we have there seemed to be some confusion as to the install date. You were given and install day of Wednesday or Thursday. In your text you told us you believed that we were talking about the week prior to which we did apologize and say, " I'm sorry, I should have reminded you about it". Your following response was " It's all good". Past that the texts were confirming we would be back out tomorrow at 8:30 to finish the job. From this point on we never received any communication about you being unhappy with any aspect of the completed work only asking for an invoice so you could pay. As for a locked gate we were working on soffit, siding and gutters with multiple ladders set up, not sure anyone ever attempted to go through a gate. Now the color issue, the color of siding was picked by you. We have photos from the initial inspection show you present in the photograph with the color selection. There was never any complaint made to any members of our company before, after or during the installation. We told you that there is no perfect match with aged siding because it fades and we provided you with the choices of color we had to make the best match. We can now fast-forward to present day 1 year and 2 months since this project was completed. This September you decided to email us complaining about the color you picked. We apologized that you were no longer happy with the color choice and responded with what we could do to guarantee a color match which would be to install all new siding. Unfortunately, you were not happy with our solution and seemed to expect us to replace the siding with another color because you are no longer happy with your choice in color. We have apologized many times in our conversation that you are not happy with the color options we have and what you chose. While

  I Can’t Say Enough From the Sales Person to the installation This Company out performed everybody else Local companies tried to take advantage of my wife with cost I called Justin Fair Pricing with great installation

  I contacted Armour Exteriors and immediately spoke with Justin, the owner and requested an estimate. He drove over , measured and gave me a quote within a few hours. We agreed and an appointment was set. He showed up 20 minutes early, started and was done a hour before the estimated time. I am truly impressed with the results and his down to earth attitude, but his professionalism was beyond compare.
