I had a full shingle roof replacement done recently, and the roofing crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. Out of all the roofing contractors my wife and I contacted, they were the most responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Their pricing was fair, the workmanship was solid, and the whole roofing project was handled with real care and professionalism. The crew arrived on time, stayed organized, and finished the main work by the afternoon, which made the process very smooth for us. They also helped us replace an old damaged roof power fan with a new one, and that made a big difference in ventilation and overall roof performance. In the warm Tustin weather, it was great to have a team that understood what the roof needed and completed everything efficiently. If you are thinking about roof repair or a full roof replacement, I would definitely recommend this roofing company for quality work, fair pricing, and dependable service.

We had a great experience with our roof replacement and gutter work. Jonah came out to our home in Tustin soon after we called and inspected the roof for storm damage. His evaluation matched what our insurance adjuster found, and he clearly explained the roofing plan, materials, and repair steps. The whole team really seemed to put the customer first. They made sure the new roof met current code requirements and helped us get the best roofing system allowed through insurance. There was a small delay while insurance details were being sorted out, but once everything was approved, the crew was ready to move fast. The installation team was efficient, organized, and respectful of our property. Cleanup was done well, and there were very few nails left in the yard after the roofing work was finished. After that, the gutter crew completed the seamless gutters quickly, and they look excellent. Jonah also made sure the new roof and gutters matched the brick exterior nicely, which helped the whole house look better. We also had window-related storm damage, and Samuel was very helpful throughout that process. He worked closely with the insurance company and helped get approval so all eight windows could be replaced. It took some time, but the final result was worth it. The new windows look great, operate much better, and improve energy efficiency. Jonah also worked with us on the front window arches so everything came together at a reasonable cost. We were referred by family and friends, and we are very glad we chose this roofing company. The workmanship, communication, and attention to detail were excellent from start to finish. Our new roof looks amazing, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutters, or related exterior work.

After some wind damage pulled shingles off my roof in Tustin, I called for roofing help and had a great experience from start to finish. Samuel was very helpful, clear, and patient the whole way through. He answered all of my questions, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and was easy to reach whenever I called. The crew installed a brand new roof and did excellent work. They were professional, organized, and paid close attention to detail. The roofing job was finished in just one day, and the cleanup was so thorough that the property looked spotless afterward. Everything from the shingle replacement to the final inspection felt smooth and well handled. I would gladly recommend this roofing company to friends and family.

They did excellent roofing work at a fair price. I had a roof leak, and after my first call they moved fast and had a full roof replacement completed within the same week. They handled both the flat roof section and the shingle roof, showed up on time, finished the job in one day, and kept the property very clean when the work was done. They also took care of the porch soffit, fascia, and the gutters for the whole house, which really helped tie everything together. During the tear-off, they found some damaged wood decking and replaced it the right way before finishing the new roof system, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. Samuel and Erick kept in touch throughout the project, explained each step clearly, and made the whole process easy. The final result looks great, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior home work.

After several days of rain, my roof started leaking, so I spent time looking into local roofing companies and chose Apex Roof's Placentia based on the strong feedback. They responded fast and sent Samuel out to inspect the roof and find the source of the leak. He found that some flashing needed to be replaced, and the explanation was clear and easy to understand. The whole process was smooth from inspection to repair. The crew was professional, polite, and easy to communicate with. They were even able to move the roofing repair up earlier than expected because an opening came up, which was a huge help. My roof was fixed within just a few days, and the work was done cleanly and efficiently. The pricing felt fair for the roofing service provided, and the communication stayed consistent the entire time. I also appreciated receiving the bill promptly. I would gladly use them again for any future roof leak repair, flashing work, or other roofing needs.

My wife and I decided to improve our home with a new tile roof, and after comparing a few roofing contractors, we felt good about the quote from Apex Roof's Placentia. The crew worked through hot weather and some wet days, handled the truss work under the roof deck, and made sure everything was brought up to code. The whole roofing process was smooth, the inspections went well, and we have not had any leaks or issues at all. A few weeks after the installation, Erick came back to apply a clear protective coat over the grouted tile areas, which showed real care and follow-through. We are very happy with the finished roof, the workmanship, and the way the team communicated during the project. It gave us a lot of confidence that our home is well protected for the long term.
