  Apex Home Solutions charged $6,200 for window replacement and siding patch. Installed 2 windows crooked so they don’t seal right. Siding color doesn’t match and they caulked over dirt. Project took 5 weeks instead of 3 days. Asked for the crew lead and they stopped answering calls.

  Called Apex for a new metal roof installation, call was received first try, recommendations were made quote was out in a couple of days, Materials delivered and installed as agreed. His crew were friendly and cleaned up the work area before they left. I have no hesitation in using Apex again in the future and recommending to others.

  Landon and his team handled several issues that came up with excellence. The end result is fantastic. There were several problems along the way (no fault of Apex), but the team made it right and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend and use them again because we trust that they will always make it right!

  We recently had a new roof installed and used Apex home solutions. They provided us various options to choose from and were very helpful throughout the process. They did a great job. We are really happy with our new roof and highly recommend them!

  I contacted these contractors to reroof and supply coverings. I love the way it all looks. I also have to say, don’t sign unless their project is fully completed. Landon promised they would come back and finish a couple of things. One thing is the heater exhaust they failed to vent back through the roof causing fumes to back up into patio and bathroom window. Yes coming into the house. Also fascia boards with large gaps. Not appropriate for caulking. I have waited a long time. That in my opinion is a fail. We have a disabled son, his bedroom backs up to the bathroom. I should have known when Landon made the comment “I am not always nice” due to my compliments. However I do appreciate the roof being done quickly before the winter came. Be careful on signing off your project. You should always keep your word on what you state.

  Ilene, We talked about the small gap on the front barge board that we replaced for free to clean up an area for you on the front of your house. We also re-worked the railing you made so there was no gap and it was connected. Heater exhaust through the roof not hooked up? I have no idea what you're talking about. You could try to call me or Rob or anyone within my company to come out and look at your issues to fix.
