Terrible customer service! Wow! Called to ask a few questions, front desk “Margaret” I’ll call her, was very rude in her tone and not the friendliest when trying to ask questions. Won’t be calling you again because you seem to have been inconvenience just by answering the phone.

I'm sorry that my office assistant came across as rude. Of course, that is never the posture we would want to take. If there are any questions I can answer for you, please call back and ask to speak with Karen. I will gladly answer your questions. Have an excellent rest of your day!

I'm sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the work done. We completed the work according to the contract that you signed and approved. The costs for labor and materials were clearly provided, and we assure you that your roof will remain leak-free, even during wet weather.

CALLED TO SET UPAN APPOINTMENT FOR MY CLIENT RUDE

  Reply from the business

I'm sorry that we were not able to set this appointment for you. The reason being, is you were not the legal owner of this home and we needed permission from the owner to gain access to their property. That is policy for our office and to avoid any potential legal issues.
