  Shady business practices adding charges after.

  If there are any charges added this in gone over in our contracts very clearly. Sometime the insurance companies will revise their estimate, this is called a supplement and gone over in the supplement form of our contract. There could also be wood added if it is deemed needed, this can not be accounted for until the old roof is removed and we have eyes on the existing wood. This is gone over in the Wood agreement page of the contract.

  Ben came by and did a damage report and promised to help us get a new roof. He said he would work with our agent I haven't heard back from him in several weeks now.

  Edit since company responded. I'm now including the very original public adjuster agreement with my name on it since they "can't find my name". The same public adjuster who never showed up. The same one Dalton blocked us over when we were trying to get the paperwork for our insurance company. The same one that River, so disrespectfully, told me off about over the phone since we couldn't get ahold of anyone to get our paperwork. This same person who responded is the customer service manager at the corporate office and I would like to note that I have already left her voicemails about getting help with my leaking roof. I just called and had to leave another voice ail. This company has less than no integrity. Proceed with EXTREME caution. Also, when I mentioned no communication with the teams. They are not English speaking. The guy who was the team manager was speaking to the child in English. I assumed he could not speak Spanish since he did not address any of the adults on the premises. If you can afford to use another roofing company then do it! The customer service this company offers is absolute trash. We got our roof replaced back in 2020 which was a horrible experience. The guy handling our case at the time, Dalton, did not notify the office for the assessor to come out when we had our insurance assessor out and showed up with nothing to say looking stupid. Then Dalton blocked our numbers when we tried to follow up and get the paperwork needed for our insurance because he told us that he was supposed to our main point of contact for our company. After we talked to the corporate office they had us talk to the supervisor for this area, River, who refused to listen to our complaints and accused us of having too high expectations of getting our insurance to cover the roof when we were just looking for the documentation that they were supposed to provide. Dalton also bet us money that he could get our roof covered by insurance because of how good at his job he was,

  We have spoke on the phone and have this repair scheduled for this Friday. I will make sure everyone is very communicative with you throughout this process. Update* After working diligently with you guys and hiring a painter to complete the last bit of repairs. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to fix all of the issues with your support.   Told me they were going to come give a quote to fix my gutter, but never showed up.

  I am sorry about the confusion this has caused, we are only a roofing company and do not do gutter work. I am having trouble pulling you up in our system to dig into this further. Would you please give me a call to discuss this further. 800-385-0781

  I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. From the sales guys, Isaac and Sammy, to the production side (Rachel), to the guys at the install, James and Mikey. They were so amazing and thorough throughout the entire process. Always quick to answer our questions and concerns, and keeping us in the loop when things came up unexpectedly. I cannot recommend them enough.

  Isaac was amazing. He worked closely with our insurance company to ensure we were able to get a new roof!! The process was seamless! The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up as though they had never been there! I would give 100 stars if I could!!

  I got a door hanger from Isaac and gave him a call. so glad I did! He was fast with the inspection, handled everything with my insurance, and kept me informed every step of the way. I ended up fully covered and only owed my deductible. Highly recommend !

  The entire team including Peyton and Spencer did a great job on our roof . They were on time and very efficient in the putting on of our roof. They also cleaned up very well and left nothing for us to pick up, we are extremely satisfied with the work they did
