Yuri was my contact guy, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable answered all my questions and concerns in a professional manner. The crew came the next week and in two days did a fantastic job. The new roof is spectacular and that’s no exaggeration. After they completed the job the cleaned my property and took all the trash away leaving my driveway immaculate. I highly recommend them to all! Yuri thanks a million!👍

The work is generally good. Some communication issue regarding the scope of work in the contract, but all were corrected at the end (but took several versions). Make sure all the work is reflected in the contract as agreed orally. I found it difficult to communicate with the technicians onsite since they appear to have limited knowledge about the scope of work or the contract or what I should expect about the work for the day and if the next day there will be additional work. They appear to only know what they need to do for that day and not knowing the rest of the work. I need to talk to them and Timmy, their boss, constantly to ensure the work is done. Maybe for people speaking their language it would be easier. Additionally for the free estimate, it did not point out the need to rebuild the chimney bricks and crown, only told me after I paid deposit and started the work, then raised the price to add that work, putting me in disadvantageous situation, although I was able to negotiate to a reasonable price to move things forward because I did research.
