Charged me $2,800 to replace a tarp on my roof and take some pictures. Found out later from other roofing companies that I overpaid.

Ryan, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were later dissatisfied with the cost of the service. Before any work began, we provided you with an estimate outlining the scope of the services to be performed and the corresponding price, specifically so you would have the opportunity to review everything before making a decision. The work was only scheduled and completed after you reviewed and accepted the estimate and gave us authorization to proceed. The service performed involved more than simply placing a tarp and taking photographs. Our team had to access the roof, perform the necessary work involving the temporary tarp, inspect and document the existing roof conditions, and complete the service using the appropriate labor, materials, equipment, and safety measures. We understand that other contractors may offer different prices; however, pricing can vary significantly depending on the scope of work, property conditions, materials, logistics, risks involved, and services included. A price comparison alone does not necessarily mean that the same scope of work or level of service is being compared. At All Star Roofing LLC, we strive to be transparent with our customers. That is why we provide the scope of work and pricing before beginning and wait for the customer’s approval before performing the work. We would be happy to review the approved estimate, invoice, and completed scope of work with you again to address any specific concerns. Please give us a call directly at 860-508-2173 so we can discuss the matter further. — All Star Roofing LLC

A very professional, well designed job. The All Star Team replaced my entire roof, installed 3 skylights and removed an old, unused chimney stack. The Team lead, Ivan, served as a great communicator and was focused on directing all aspects of the job. When renoving the old roof, they were conscientious and proactive in containing and removing the great amount of roof debris. They left my property as clean and free of debris as when they started. Ivan's Team also interfaced with the insurance agents and acquired the appropriate Town permits, as required. A very professional team to trust with your home improvement.
