  Hired them to waterproof the basement from the outside w years ago. During the process I contacted the office saying they didnt dig all the way down to the foundation. I got gaslight. Once finished, after the first rain, I had a leak in my basement. Contacted them, no action. Last week I had another company come to re-do the work. The flimsy plastic and waterproofing membrane (the tar like substance in the picture) fell off the wall once the soil was removed. As you can see on the pictures, the waterproofing ended a foot above the basement foundation which is why I had continuing water leaks. On top of this, All"Pro" had painted the membrane onto the wet soil still stuck on the wall, so it easily fell off once the soil was removed. I contacted All"Pro" during this process too, but no one from the company bothered to make an effort to comment or compensate for the shoddy work they charged me for. Please do not use them for this type of work. They're not good at it.

  When you deal with this contractor he will tell you what he is doing and NOT what he won't do. What he did was cheap and would not pass inspection. He did not use a permit or inspector. I had to get him back to do additional work that was …

  BEWARE!!! Do not use this company. They destroyed my chimney. Cracked my chimney and filled it with concrete after installing a liner that wasn't custom was not measured to fit!!! Never filed a permit!! My entire home went up in smoke with a newborn baby!!!!

  HORRIBLE!! We had to have 7 slabs replaced on our sidewalk as per the town code. The average estimate was $400 per slab or around $3000. All Pro gave us an estimate of $6500. When I asked why it was so high, the technician replied. its "really $6900 but I'm giving you a break". He knew the town was making us fix the sidewalk and tried to take advantage.

  This company had me waiting for 4 hrs or so for an estimate. Did not receive a no show/no courtesy call to notify if they were coming or not. Don’t waste your time, they are not reliable.

  I had a leak from a recent storms that came from around my chimney. We made an appointment with a window from 12-2. I received a call around 1 requesting to confirm my address, which was incorrect. I was told the tech was on his way and would arrive shortly. Around 220 I called again and was told they would reach out to the tech and "call you right back". I did not receive a follow up call and the tech showed up around 315. I showed him the stain the leak left on the first floor. Asked if he wanted to see the roof, he said no. He was there less than 5 mins and said the cost would be 3k without even checking the roof or the chimney. I asked if he could provide a quote and he said only verbally. Again, the gentleman did not examine anything, he didn't see if the roof or chimney had any damages from tree branches or other objects the wind could have blown into them. When I told him I was upset by their customer service he tried to state that I was only acting that way because he refused to write me a quote. He failed to realized I had been waiting for 3 and a half hours for him to give me a 2 min walk through while refusing to look at the actual problem. No one person offered an apology for the delay or the lack of communication. I understand it was a Friday afternoon and everyone wants the weekend but this was by far the worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time.

  Had an appointment with all pro for chimney cleaning only for them to get here and tell me that they don't have the right brush and need to reschedule. What a waste of everyone's time. I'm posting this on here for everyone's benefit. If you schedule service with this company, please provide as much details as possible about your chimney to ensure that they bring the right materiais. I blocked off my morning to get this completed and now I have to reschedule. Everyone's time is wasted.
