I arranged an appointment with Paige for one of All City's roofing contractors to come to our address to get an estimate. I took off work as well as my my boyfriend and our realtor so we could be present for the service. While waiting at the house for the contractor to arrive, we got a call that he was double booked and wouldn't be able to show up. There were no other contractors available. This is totally unacceptable and there was no accountability taken for the mistake. This is not a company I would ever do business with nor would recommend to anyone else. What a horrible first impression.

We appreciate your feedback. The company was in the middle of a transition of their CRM at that time. Somehow the lines got crossed. We do not live in a perfect world and mistakes happen. We did call and contact you and notify you and apologize at that time for any inconvenience.

They were supposed to come and repair my roof which is leaking after a brand new roof was put on and he won't respond to any of my calls or messages. I wouldn't have them work on my dog house after this experience. They don't even deserve the one star.

Let’s get the facts straight Miss Carini got the cost of her roof covered by the City Of Milwaukee, city inspector came out and did thorough inspection and it passed. The roof was done properly. Miss Carini experienced a leak from a plumbing pipe because we did her roof right away. She pointed a finger at us, but in fact, the pipe was cracked in her wall had nothing to do with her roof. She asked us to remove the pipe, our office told her we Do not do that type of work that she would need to call a plumber she was hoping to get some free again like she did with her roof and siding. She got very upset with that response from us and proceeded to leave this absurd review here on Google. We have been paid in full from the City Of Milwaukee and the roof has been inspected by the inspector and passed all inspections. This roof was done many years ago to this day it still doesn’t leak or I’m sure we would’ve got another review or a call. So for Miss Carini to leave this review is completely Unacceptable and shows the character of the person she is. We’re requested for this review to be removed numerous times because of its content and slander but google decides to ignore my request.

Bad experience for me. Owner told me that I had to wait 2-3 weeks but with a condition of coming back in 2 days to caulk the openings because it was a period of rain. They never came. After a month of waiting, the plaster peeled of the …

If I could give 0 stars as a review I would. I contracted with this company in July. Paid my down payment and was told the work would start end of August early September. Never heard anything. Started calling and leaving messages that I wanted my money back. Was told the work would be completed before Thanksgiving. Came and did a total hack job on the top porch and haven’t seen or heard from them since. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

They do not honor their contract. Will not return phone calls or e-mails if there's a problem. Suppose to check my roof every year & have never checked it. Sorry I ever hired them. They were Nari accredited, but lost that & understand why. Terrible place.

After a storm, we were concerned about possible damage to our roof and some of the exterior of the house. I didn't want to ignore it and end up with a bigger problem later, so I contacted All City Contracting. They inspected the areas we were concerned about and explained what they found. Having someone walk through the situation with us made the whole thing less stressful. We eventually had the necessary exterior work taken care of, and the finished result looks solid. The biggest thing for me was having a contractor who could handle the roofing and other exterior work rather than having to coordinate several different companies.

  Reply from the business

Thank you for the 5-star review, Eva. We’re glad our inspection helped ease your concerns and that the roofing and exterior repairs met your expectations. It’s great to hear having one contractor to handle everything made the process less stressful. We appreciate your trust and are here whenever you need us again.

All City Contracting is amazing on all levels. The owner Tim responsive and available, the hard working large crew that finished my 3500 sq. ft. house in two days with some finishing work on a third. The project Mgr. Lenny is totally responsive and available to all my questions or concerns. My property was left neat and clean without damage to my landscaping or exterior surfaces. The price was also right in comparison to four other estimates. I had a leak in my old roofing before the scheduled new roof date and I had great concerns because I was leaving out of town. Tim came over and did a temporary repair so I could leave town worry free. He also was honest about my skylights that only two were necessary for replacement. This honesty is deeply respected. I highly recommend All City Contracting!

Tim and the crew did an amazing job re-roofing my second floor patio roof. I booked them in the winter, which means I had to wait until it warmed up before they could do the work. They were super communicative throughout the entire process which was much appreciated since it was a property with tenants. I’d recommend these guys for any roofing work you need!

Tim, Lenny and crew were professional and personable from beginning to end. Of all the roofing contractors we received bids from, Tim was the only one that followed up with us. Our roof was a tear off including replacing rotting corners and we are confident the job was done correctly. We would highly recommend All City.
