  Be careful when selecting this company. I reached out to them to repair a few shingles that had falling off my roof. Wasn't a big repair at all. A Rep was sent out from the company, took photos of the damage, uploaded them to the company and gave me a price to repair the shingles. I agreed on the price, he and another employee completed the work. Fast forward less than a year the shingles repaired have fallen off again, I reached out to company to see if it was covered by warranty, after a day of them trying to find my file, they informed me the Rep that came wasn't employed with them any longer and basically because he didn't input my repair info in their system or completed a contract with me, they will not repair it. Very disappointing considering at the time I made contact with the company, the Rep was employed and dispatch by them, he also did the repairs with another Rep who is still employed with them. As a customer I didn't know their process of being issued a contract by the Rep, I'm a retired military veteran...I was just glad I found what I thought was a reputable company that were able to do the small repair at an affordable price. Unfortunately, because it was such a small repair I did pay in cash and assumed the rep will email me a receipt, and I didn't do a follow-up as I was happy to get the repair done and I didn't further think about it...lessoned learned. However, I'm more upset this company Rep who called to inform me they won't redo the work tried to change wording of my conversation with their office the day prior with another employee as for info that was in their system of the completed repair work. I even sent my text comms with the Rep which clearly shows he did the repairs. I can't imagine the excuse this company will give when it comes to honoring their warranty on a larger roof repair. Conveniently she stated the Rep wasn't working with them shortly after the first contact as if I should have known. UNSAT!!

  They solicit to my neighborhood at least 5 times a month. I am absolutely sick of telling them we are not interested and having to throw away hundreds of flyers/business cards. We do have a no soliciting sign above our doorbell. So, we clearly are being flat out ignored by this company. Not a great way to get your foot in a door. I understand the need for marketing in a business, but this is out of control. We already see their signs all over the area.

  Unfortunately, my experience with Alamo Roofing was unprofessional from start to finish. The representative I initially worked with seemed promising, but he left for another company before the project was complete. The manager, Skye, assured me she would personally oversee my case, but that turned out to be nothing more than empty promises. Communication quickly fell apart after that, and now that they’ve been paid, they refuse to return my calls or messages regarding the faulty work. It took nearly a year just to get my roof approved through insurance (I had a tarp on my roof all that time). Despite Alamo Roofing’s repeated claims that they could get the decision overturned in three appeals, that failed. They then recommended I hire a public adjuster “at no cost to me.” In reality, while the adjuster did secure a settlement, I ended up responsible for the adjuster’s fee. I held the last payment to Alamo Roofing for this reason but they only agreed to pay half. Once the roof was finally replaced, I discovered multiple areas where the old gutters had been covering up rotted wood. Instead of notifying me, Alamo Roofing went ahead and installed new materials directly on top of the damaged base. It’s now clearly visible and will not pass inspection. I’ve reached out several times asking them to make it right, but since final payment was made, they’ve completely ghosted me. After everything I went through to get this roof replaced, I expected basic professionalism and honesty. Instead, I’m left with a subpar job and hidden damage under my brand-new gutters. If I could do it over, I’d interview more companies and avoid Alamo Roofing altogether.

  Alamo only cares about working with you if you get an entire roof replaced. I signed a contract with them so they would work with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. When they could not get them to, they cut me loose as a customer and would not repair my damaged roof.

  Eric was nice, knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, he made some big promises he couldn't keep. "I'll work with your insurance and get it all paid for." Nope. That didn't work. And the estimate was about 2x the amount from others. And then the sell got harder and the questions got more "noneyabusiness" about who else we were getting estimates from etc. it made me uncomfortable. We did not use them so I do not know their workmanship.

  Ricardo Sarabia: Elite Project Manager Request Ricardo. He simplified the contractual process. Everything was clear, detailed, and thorough. He makes a big deal seem simple and treats it as such. What he tells you is truly how it is. He was helpful and accommodating in every way. When he said "the wasp nests will have to be removed before the crew gets here," he showed up the next day to handle the 7 wasp kingdoms on my house's soffit. The timespan, pricing, quality, and accommodations he quoted me and delivered were exactly as we discussed. The crew he brought took care of everything, was clean, quick, and cautious as well. They tarp everything around your house, clean up after, and run magnets. The final product looks insanely elite. Architectural shingles in the Brownwood color even have my family asking about my roof replacement. It's probably weird to say, but I actually look at my roof and admire how it looks sometimes when I pull in. Spending almost 10K on a cash replacement isn't an easy decision to make nor one you often walk away from feeling totally confident in, but I did and do. Thank you Ricardo and Alamo Roofing.

  Had two chimneys where the flashing failed because the home builder didn’t install a cricket. David responded to my repair request the same day and had a quote over immediately. The team took care to match the shingles even though they were not typical Owens Corning. Ripped out and repaired in less than 1/2 a day. Great service, quick and quality work.

  Alamo Roofing earned this 5 star rating! My 25 year old roof was well worn and well past its useful life. Anthony walked the roof and identified several areas that needed deck replacement in addition to new underlayment and shingles. He then verified the damage in an attic inspection. This was the 2d company I called for inspection and estimate (first company skipped the attic and grossly underestimated the decking damage). The dozen crew arrived and functioned like a NASCAR pit crew, removing the old, replacing 8 decking panels, replacing wood edge trim, underlayment, new shingles, and pipe covers. This included a 440 sq detached garage. All the trash was removed, magnetic nail checks done, final inspection and gone in less than 12 hours. The real proof of the quality were the two heavy rainstorms this month -- the roof was solid, no water anywhere. Quality shingles, quality workmanship!

  Alamo Roofing has done two roofs for me at two different homes that I own, and they've done a fantastic job on both jobs. Highly recommend. Quality work at a really competitive price point. For both jobs, I opted for high-end Class 4 hail-resistant shingles and got a sizable annual insurance discount that was totally worth it.

They did a thorough job before, during, and after the roofing replacement, while anticipating and bringing forth any potential concerns.
