I had AJ replace my roof and they did a terrible job! It was horrible, they lied about the amount of nails per shingle, they had exposed nails everywhere, every mistake was fixed with caulking. They rushed the job, no attention to detail at all, left me with damaged gutters (upon contacting they denied any damage done) so cruel!!!! I was told removing gutters wasn’t necessary “they could put brand new shingles and tear off without damaging any gutters” LIES!!! Sales man was focused on money rather then customer first ***Atrocious***

We are extremely shocked and disappointed to hear this, as this is not a complaint that we hear. We want to be positive that we are the actual company you’ve intended to review as well. We do not take this lightly, but since your name isn’t used, we aren’t able to further look into this. We have no record of any of this sort of complaint within our office, so we are very concerned on how we can best handle this situation to make things right. Please contact our office in order to have the owner address these items asap.

We apologize for not getting back to you as soon as you needed. Our office staff has been working extremely hard with a very high call volume, especially with the recent wind that occurred.

Sheriff Goselin and other roofing companies don't need to do much advertising. I sent 3 requests to AJ ROOFING to get a quote. They never bothered to respond to any email or come do the quote. They're just giving the business away. This lack of.professionalism and customer service has a $10k loss to you.

We apologize for the negative experience in communication that you had. We did have it noted that when we contacted you back, you had already contracted elsewhere. Please keep in mind that we are a small business, doing a large volume of work and at times we are short staffed. Again, we are sorry we weren't able to properly serve you.

The roofers are good I have used them on 2 different houses but they suck when it comes to clean up. They did my new house roof a few weeks ago and when I removed some of the bushes around the house I found that the roofing guys stuffed the shingle wrappers in the bushes.....real pro move I probably wouldn’t accept their contract or have them reduce the price due to their clean up problems

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They did a poor and a very messy job with our roof replacement. Some shingles broke off and blocked our gutters, which led to a flooded basement during a heavy rainfall. I reached out to Aaron and he promised to get …

I called AJ Construction to obtain a roofing estimate. The lady that answered the phone answered with a simple "hello", which actually threw me initially. But, I said good morning morning, have I reached AJ Construction? She confirmed this. I then asked who I was speaking with and she rudely told me that she was the secretary and that she didn't "give out my personal name". I leery her know that because of her. I would not need the estimate that I had called for. Wow!! Not a good attitude for a person contact!!!!

AJ roofing was a gratifying experience. Josh, an owner of the company, was the one to inspect my roof and was more than flexible with my schedule. I found it helpful that I was given a verbal explanation of everything that needed done, as well as a detailed description on paper. He gave me a very reasonable quote, came out to do the job promptly, and even dealt with my 101 questions. The before and after photos speak for themselves. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience with AJ Roofing. My house was built in the early 1900s and my roof was OLD and definitely on its last leg. They had to tear off five layers of old roofing before replacing it. They completed about 90% of my roof because one small section had already been replaced before I moved into the house three years ago. Josh was very nice, professional, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. His crew showed up around 7:30 in the morning and worked all day, finishing around 8:00 that evening. I was really impressed that they were able to get that much work done in one day, especially with how much old roofing they had to remove. They also finished just in time before a rainstorm came through the next day. They put tarps down around the house to protect my yard, cleaned everything up afterward, and were professional and hardworking the entire time. My new roof looks great and I’m very pleased with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend AJ Roofing to anyone needing roof work done!

We had our home and garage roofs replaced. The crew was prompt...totally completed tearoff, replacements and cleanup in 12hrs!!! Fair pricing, unchanged from quote. Owners and crew took time to answer all questions. We would definitely recommend AJ Roofing and to be honest have already recommended to two people!!!

I highly recommend this company. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed my entire roof in a single day without sacrificing quality. It was obvious they took pride in their work. When they were finished, the roof looked fantastic, and they did an outstanding job cleaning up the property. You could hardly tell they had been there except for the beautiful new roof. After my experience, I would not hesitate to use them again on my other properties or recommend them to friends and family. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers quality workmanship, professionalism, and great customer service, I would absolutely recommend them.

We had A and J Roofing replace the roof on our home recently and they did a great job. Their crew was quick, professional, and thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience. They took the time to make sure the yard around the house was spotless clean and the patio furniture was put back exactly how it was found. They have done several houses for family and friends and would not use anyone else.
